The survey results show that 63.15% of the respondents own their own houses, 36.85% do not have their own independent housing, and the group without independent housing is mainly concentrated in the two age groups of post-90s and post-00s. Although the population without independent housing is post-90s and post-00s, the user groups with housing demand in the next 5 years are concentrated in the three age groups of post-80s, post-90s and post-00s, especially after 80 and 90, most of the post-80s are improved housing needs, and most of the post-90s are the first rigid housing demand.

In terms of motivation to buy a house, 22.76% of the respondents bought a house mainly for their children to go to school, ranking first among all the motivations to buy a house. Specifically, the post-00s should have an independent space, the post-90s should get married and have children, the post-80s would go to school for their children, and the post-70s and post-60s would buy a house for their own pension.
