In 2008, he invested in the creation of a number of fragrant crab brands. With the spirit of daring to fight, willing to work, hard-working, and hard-working, the company's performance has improved by leaps and bounds, and in just 6 years, his many fragrant crab restaurants have opened all over the country, with a total of more than 400 franchise stores.

After returning to Chenji Town, Feidong County, he contracted more than 3,000 mu of farmland and water areas, driving more than 60 households of laborers to employment, with an annual output value of more than 10 million yuan. At the end of 2015, The road sign established Hefei Donghua Aquatic Products Co., Ltd., specializing in aquatic seedlings, aquaculture, technical support, food processing, e-commerce, etc. In the same year, more than 60 merchants in Hefei Chaohu Road were driven to set up a crab street on Chaohu Road, achieving revenue of more than 30 million yuan.
In 2017, the road sign opened the first Taobao store, and through the successful incubation of the e-commerce platform of Hefei Rongdian Group and Hefei Polytechnic School with government support, the company successfully transformed into an e-commerce enterprise with "Internet + platform management", and the mode of online ordering and offline delivery opened a new journey. At present, more than 10 online stores have been opened on tmall, Taobao, JD.com, Pinduoduo, Douyin and Kuaishou platforms, with annual sales of more than 20 million yuan. In addition, it has also led to the employment of more than 80 people in the fields of food processing and e-commerce.
Zhou Dasheng introduced that in order to effectively solve the employment problems of veterans and meet the employment needs of veterans, on the one hand, they strengthen policy publicity and pay attention to the selection of the best. On the occasion of retired soldiers' retirement and registration, through WeChat groups, QQ groups, Happiness Feidong APP clients, special job fairs, etc., publicize the relevant laws and regulations and preferential policies of the state and provinces, cities and counties for the employment and entrepreneurship of veterans. On the other hand, the Feidong County Decommissioning Bureau strengthened employment training and focused on capacity improvement. Innovate and carry out new models of "order-based", "fusion", "mentor-apprentice", "interspersed" and "small class" skills and adaptability training, and carefully select popular majors such as computer graphic design and operation, e-commerce, automobile application and maintenance, and unmanned aerial vehicles for training. In addition, the "2+1+N" work model (that is, "2" cooperative training bases, the establishment of "1" county-level veteran employment and entrepreneurship guidance centers, and the construction of "N" cooperative units) have been established to support employment.
Wu Tao introduced the following directions for Feidong County in promoting the employment and entrepreneurship of retired soldiers. First of all, we will increase the publicity of employment and entrepreneurship information for veterans; secondly, we will increase the incubation of employment and entrepreneurship parks for veterans; in addition, we will further increase the vocational skills training for veterans; and finally, we will further increase the support for the employment of veterans. It is understood that the Standing Committee of the Feidong County CPC Committee has clearly increased the proportion of veterans recruited for management positions such as auxiliary police and urban management to 30%, and has given priority to recruiting and hiring veterans under the conditions of academic qualifications and age.
Wu Zhaofen said that in order to help veterans achieve their employment goals, they encourage more veterans to actively participate in skills training. For those who are ready for employment or retired soldiers who are willing to train, they will provide corresponding training information and organize training within 1 month; for those who have been employed, they propose to encourage cooperative enterprises to focus on the new apprenticeship training of retired soldiers; for those who intend to start a business and the initial stage of entrepreneurship, they will focus on e-commerce training; for those who have started a business, they will continue to improve or expand the entrepreneurial ability of the enterprise and improve the training and business operation guidance, and set up a special incubation service team on campus.
