On the morning of February 21, 2022, the Veterans Service Station of Ruhu Town, Huicheng District, Huizhou City, organized the "Everyone Talks" activity of "Hand in Hand, Help Veterans, Planting Technology and Seed Support to Help Spring Farming Production". Hu Shengsong, deputy director of the Huicheng District Veterans Affairs Bureau, Wang Canxiang, a fourth-level researcher, Fu Rongbin, member of the party committee and minister of the Armed Forces Department of Ruhu Town, representatives of veterans who planted corn in Ruhu Town attended, Li Hongguo, president of the Municipal Red Cotton Charity Association, "Guangdong Good Man", and Nie Li, an outstanding volunteer of Red Cotton, witnessed the donation ceremony together. Everyone shared freely around the topic. Lin Zequan, retired soldier of Ruhu Town and chairman of Huizhou Yingjia Sweet Corn Professional Cooperative, introduced his planting situation to everyone, he said: "My entrepreneurial process is inseparable from the strong support of the party committee and the government, and I am willing to provide free planting technology and seeds for the corn growers of ruhu town, and the corn produced is purchased at a guaranteed reserve price, driving Ruhu veterans to work independently and become rich."
In May 2019, the Ruhu Town Veterans Service Station was established. At the beginning of his tenure as station manager, Dai Xiaoke thought about how to solve the problems of individuals and better serve veterans according to the characteristics of veterans.
Dai Xiaoke is a retired soldier, who previously worked in the Social Affairs Office of Ruhu Town, and the work of retired soldiers is one of the work contents. Dai Xiaoke found that some veterans have many ideas, demands, and difficulties; some veterans are ideologically extreme and negative in behavior. Ruhu Town was originally a merged town involving two different counties and districts, and there are many historical problems involving veterans.
After much thought, Dai Xiaoke finally thought of "everyone talking" and formulated a service method of "everyone chooses the topic, everyone distinguishes right and wrong, everyone thinks about the method, and everyone does things".
On November 22, 2019, Dai Xiaoke launched the first "Everyone Talks" activity in the station, with the theme of "The Most Beautiful Veterans in Ruhu Recall the Most Memorable Things of Being a Soldier", the veterans spoke freely, recalled the past of the barracks, vowed to "retire from the army and not fade", the atmosphere was harmonious and the effect was good. This gave Dai Xiaoke great confidence, and he decided to continue the "everyone talk" activity.
A month later, in the third session of the "Caring People Care for Difficult Soldiers - True Feelings warm the world" theme "Everyone Talks", the 89-year-old Fang Lianbin veteran said that "although I am old, I am willing to do my best to help the veterans in need" made everyone quite moved. Fang Lianbin spent 10,000 yuan of savings on the spot to help solve the problems of veterans who really have living difficulties, and in January 2022, he donated another 10,000 yuan.
In order to strengthen the boost effect, the fourth phase of the "Everyone Talks" activity launched the topic of "how to let the difficult groups of veterans get out of the predicament", and the elites of various industries formed a decision to "prepare for the establishment of a volunteer team for the service of veterans" in the discussion, helping to solve the veterans who really have difficulties in the jurisdiction, so that the veterans can truly feel the warmth of the "big family". On this basis, the Ruhu Town Veterans Service Station officially established the "Ruhu Town Veterans Support Service Team", and by the end of 2021, the support service team has received about 110,000 yuan in donation funds and helped 45 retired soldiers in difficulty.
"Everyone talks" smoothly. Before each "everyone talk", Dai Xiaoke and the staff and "parents" in the station carefully selected topics to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of veterans, make them participate, and enhance the attractiveness and cohesion of the "everyone talk" platform.

Hu Shengsong, deputy director of the Huicheng District Veterans Affairs Bureau, made a detailed interpretation of the current application for the veterans' preferential treatment card, and gave the veterans a party lesson; and put forward two suggestions on this activity, one is the beginning of this paired assistance activity.
The second is to continue to expand ideas and integrate the activities of the discussion into the comprehensive proposal and development of Ruhu. At the end of the event, Huizhou Yingjia Sweet Corn Professional Cooperative signed the "Ruhu Town Veterans Pairing Assistance Agreement" with corn growers, and donated 100 acres of seeds worth 16,000 yuan to 24 corn growers on the spot. It is the "Everyone Talks" series of activities that has narrowed the distance between the hearts of the veterans of Ruhu Town and awakened the military travel of the veterans of Ruhu Town. Ruhu Town Veterans Service Station launched the "one-to-one, one-to-N, N-to-one, N-to-N" pairing and support activities for veterans in Ruhu Town: qualified and capable veterans take the initiative to pair up with retired veterans in need, help promote, and jointly build a beautiful home.
This activity is also another concrete action to implement the specific measures related to the relevant requirements of the Guangdong Provincial Veterans Affairs Department's "Guiding Opinions on Carrying Out the Work of Pairing and Supporting Party Members" and the Huizhou Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau's "Program on Carrying Out the Pilot Work of Pairing and Supporting Retired Military Party Members", and so far 16 pairs have been successfully paired.
Dai Xiaoke said that through carrying out the "everyone talks" activity, we should earnestly use sincerity, move the true feelings, make all our efforts, and do practical things, bring the vast number of retired servicemen in the town closer together, and on the basis of full understanding and trust, solve the doubts and doubts of the retired servicemen in a targeted manner, so that they can find a sense of "one family," promote the formation of a good social trend of respecting and caring for the retired soldiers, arouse the pride, sense of honor, and responsibility of the vast number of retired soldiers, and encourage the retired soldiers to jointly build a more beautiful homeland.
It is reported that the next step of Huizhou Yingjia Sweet Corn Professional Cooperative will expand the seed donation crowd, through the development of sweet corn planting, order agriculture, the development of sweet corn deep processing, to drive farmers to cooperate in planting sweet corn enthusiasm, so that a sweet corn into a "golden stick", to help farmers embark on the road to increase income and get rich, with the sweet corn industry to help rural revitalization.
