After that, the landlord thought that the feng shui of the place was unfavorable, so he moved his family to another place, but the house was always empty, and no one dared to take over. Legend has it that after the landlord's family left, in the middle of the night, there would be a melodious singing voice in the empty room, which seemed to be a minor love song sung by men and women, and the last time no one took over the Beibei Building became a ruin.
