1: Mix the milk and dry yeast in a small bowl and stir well. 2: Mix corn oil, low gluten flour, salt, baking soda and shallots slightly.

3: Add milk and dry yeast mixture and stir well. 4: Stir well and knead into a dough by hand.

5: Wrap the plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes.

6: After standing, take out and roll into thin slices.

7. Cut the rectangle with the roller knife and tie the surface. Place small holes in a baking dish.

8: Preheat the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the surface is golden brown
