From working as an art teacher after graduating from university, to becoming a newspaper reporter after graduating from graduate school, to becoming an executive in an automobile manufacturing enterprise, Du Junhong's career trajectory spans a huge span. But in her own opinion, it is far less "surprising".
"This may be related to my study experience at Hunan First Normal University." Du Junhong said that Changsha is a red hot land, and the revolutionary traditional education received when he was a student taught him to think in a larger pattern. After entering the company, Du Junhong's work number was 12. "At that time, the factory area was still a barren mountain, and the first task I received was to recruit the first employees." At this time, Du Junhong found that the foundation of Hunan mold industry is weak, there are few local professionals, and there are only two ways to choose talents, either high salaries to attract people back, or cultivate themselves.
With the full support of the chairman, Du Junhong chose the latter, a more challenging path: because the technical team he cultivated was more stable and more conducive to the sustainable development of the company. The company recruited more than 100 employees in the first batch, all of which were sent to a state-owned automobile company in Hubei to learn from them.

"Young Xiaoguang started very smoothly, thanks to the independent training of talents and the environment of rapid development of Hunan's automobile industry." Du Junhong introduced that just as it was estimated before the investment and construction of the factory, Xiaoguang after the production was just in time and encountered the "highlight moment" of investment promotion in the province's automobile industry.
