For riders, Meituan Takeaway said that it will invest more than 5 million yuan in delivery subsidies to distribute additional subsidies for riders in epidemic areas, full-time riders who cannot go out due to the epidemic, regular settlement subsidies, and exempt all illegal penalties to ensure the stable supply of delivery services during the epidemic period.
