However, why did Cao Xueqin arrange a "憨" character for Shi Xiangyun, the sharpest tooth in "Dream of the Red Chamber"? In fact, this "憨" word is related to several things that Shi Xiangyun has done.
The talented Shi Xiangyun took on the word "憨", which naturally could not mean stupidity and dementia, but could only be the second, "naïve" meaning.
The naïve Shi Xiangyun, for a friendship in his childhood, was willing to become a "servant" of the maid.
Shi Xiangyun is probably the most unfortunate Miss Qianjin in "Dream of the Red Chamber". She was still in her infancy and lost her parents. Although living in a splendid pile, the life of brocade and jade food cannot replace the love of parents. Therefore, Shi Xiangyun has been a child who lacks love since he was a child. Therefore, the concern of others will make Shi Xiangyun grateful.
In Shi Xiangyun's life, the person she is most grateful for is the attack on people. Because the raider had served Shi Xiangyun for several years since he was a child, he should have done his duty.
