Editor's Note: 35 years ago today, on May 2, 1987, the TV series "Dream of the Red Chamber" was simultaneously broadcast on CCTV and AtHK in an unprecedented event. Today, I borrowed the articles of Teacher Guo Xiaozhen (played by "Xiangyun") and Teacher Zhao Jianzhong (President of Tianjin Red Society) to commemorate this special day.

"Dream of the Red Chamber" is the pinnacle of classical Chinese novels, this huge work is the collection of traditional Chinese culture, can be called the encyclopedia of China's feudal society, poured out the author Cao Xueqin's painstaking efforts. "Dream of the Red Chamber" takes the rise and fall of the four major families as the background and clue of the story, and creates one brilliant and typical vivid character image after another, such as Lin Daiyu, who is sentimental and has a high heart; Xue Baochao, who is gentle and elegant and has a lot of heart; Wang Xifeng, who is witty and capable, and fast-talking; and Jia Baoyu, who is compassionate and loves bo and hard work. Among the many typical images, there is a heroic and generous, delicate and cute Shi Xiangyun with a special personality. Anyone who has read "Dream of the Red Chamber" can feel that Cao Xueqin is very fond of the role of Shi Xiangyun and is carefully shaped.
Since the early 1980s, CCTV has been preparing for the TV series "Dream of the Red Chamber". At the end of 1983, the crew went all over the country to select actors, and one of my stills playing the cuckoo in the Huangmei opera movie "Cuckoo Girl" was favored by Teacher Xia Minghui and Teacher Wang Gui'e, who came to select actors, and brought it back to Beijing and gave the stills to director Wang Fulin. After that, the teacher in the directing group decided that I was selected. According to my temperament image, it was decided to assign me to the Baochao group. After three months of training and several rounds of screening, I finally starred in Shi Xiangyun.
Shi Xiangyun in "Dream of the Red Chamber" does not have the restraint and twisting of miss Everyone's Boudoir, she is lively and cheerful, quick-witted, straightforward and kind-hearted, and is a character with a boyish temperament. For example, when she learned that Xing Xiuyan made a living by pawning clothes, she provided some practical help, which was a pragmatic businessman's idea. Lin Daiyu is sad about Xing Xiuyan's fate, which is an emotional and emotional idea. And Shi Xiangyun wants to help Xing Xianyan get justice, which is the style of a good man in the green forest. Shi Xiangyun, portrayed by Cao Xueqin, shows this character in three dimensions through different situations and different behaviors, making his image full of personality. For example, the classic "Xiangyun Drunken Sleep" reflects Shi Xiangyun's boldness and informality. "Hantang Crane Shadow, Cold Moon Burying Flower Soul" is a joint sentence between Shi Xiangyun and Lin Daiyu, which has a beautiful artistic conception like heaven, showing Shi Xiangyun's poetic talent.
Lin Daiyu has aroused the sympathy of readers because of the sense of loneliness under the fence, and shi Xiangyun's fate is not tragic? She lost her parents in her infancy, relied on her aunt to live, and worked night and night until she was a child, and she could not complain a little. Even so, Shi Xiangyun did not put pain on her face, she threw her misfortune behind her smile. On the contrary, when she saw that Dai Yu was in a bad mood, she also enlightened: "You are a person who understands, why should you make such an image to suffer yourself." I'm just like you, and I'm not as narrow-minded as you. This is Shi Xiangyun's different attitude to life in the face of setbacks and tribulations in life. Shi Xiangyun's delicate and cute, quick thinking, free flow, not humble and unobtrusive is not what ordinary girls have, suffering has not collapsed her confidence, she composed a symphony of her own destiny in a unique way. As long as Shi Xiangyun appeared, people's eyes lit up: red clothes, crisp laughter, walking with the wind, full of vitality, frank and cute. Inspired by the red scholars, with the help of Director Wang and the teachers, and with the joint efforts of the sisters in "Love Brother" and "Grand View Garden", the actors of the "Dream of the Red Chamber" crew left a wonderful work of life in the beautiful years.
It is my luck to interpret the lively, vivid, generous and playful Shi Xiangyun, and this work has also had a great impact on my later life and my personality.
In the "Dream of the Red Chamber" TV series, Shi Xiangyun did not play much, and when I was not playing, I was also invited to participate in the filming of several film and television dramas that were very popular at that time, playing roles in the play. For example, in the CCTV TELEVISION Drama Production Center, Chen Daoming's version of "The Last Emperor", in which I play Tan Yuling; in the DRAMA Series" "Bell and Drum Tower" adapted by Beijing Television Studio based on Liu Xinwu's novel of the same name, I play Guo Xing'er; in the TV series "Ezi" filmed by Qingdao Television Station, I played Ezi; in the TV series "Anhui South Spark" shot by Anhui Film Factory, I played Yingying in the play; "A Pair of Counterfeit Goods" shot by Guangxi Film Studio, in which I played Qiao Jiao and so on.
In 1987, I was invited by the director of Emei Film Studio to play Tingting in the movie "Refuge". In the meantime, the Beijing Film Academy happened to be enrolling students in Chengdu. The teachers in the admissions team and I happened to live together at the Eying Studio Guest House. The head of the admissions team, Mr. Lin Hongtong, recognized me in the lobby of the guest house, Mr. Lin was very sure of my major, saw that I was both excited and hesitant about admissions, and asked me why? I told Mr. Lin that I was older than the age line for the exam at that time. After Learning the reason, Teacher Lin told me that if the students who applied for the examination were excellent in their majors and reached the line in cultural classes, they could break through the rules, and he encouraged me to apply for the examination. After the professional class exam, Mr. Lin told me that there were still a few months to go, and I must review the culture class well. Although I had tried my best to review at that time, the score still did not reach the line, and I missed the Beijing Film Academy. Since then, I have stepped up my efforts to restore my opera stage art skills and am determined to make a difference on the Huangmei opera art stage. At that time, there were often movies and film crews to invite me to shoot, and if there were suitable roles and schedules, I would join the crew to shoot. Stage and film and television, I have always worked hard and never sloppy, which is also a habit of training and cultivating in "Dream of the Red Chamber" for more than three years. Until 2007, my artistic life took a turn, from the front of the stage to the backstage, back to my alma mater to teach, taking on the responsibility of cultivating the rising stars of Huangmei opera and inheriting excellent local opera art. In 2013, Anqing Normal University transferred me to teach at the Huangmei Opera Art College of the university through the introduction of talents.
Looking back on this journey, participating in "Dream of the Red Chamber" is a rare fate in my life, and it is my luck in life to return to my hometown to make a contribution to the Huangmei opera in my hometown and to be able to do my favorite art work all the time.

From the perspective of tanning, the 31st retrospective of "Because of the Qilin Fu BaiShou Double Star" indicates whether Shi Xiangyun's end will be to marry Wei Ruolan or marry Jia Baoyu as some "old true books"? Does the "Langyuan Xianpao" in the song "Huang Jingmei" refer to Shi Xiangyun or Lin Daiyu? Is Shi Xiangyun's prototype the early critic of "Dream of the Red Chamber"? There are indications that Shi Xiangyun lived in Jia Province in his early years, such as when Shi Xiangyun combed Jia Baoyu's hair, she said: "This bead is only three, this one is not." I remember it was the same. How come there is one less? Obviously, Shi Xiangyun brushed Jia Baoyu's hair when she lived in Jia Province in her early years, otherwise she would not be so familiar with the decorations on her head. According to the clues left by the verdict and the song, Shi Xiangyun should belong to the female number one originally conceived in Cao Xueqin's mind, "in the swaddling, her parents sighed and died", the original plan may be written that after the death of her parents, she left home to go to Jia Province to join her grandmother Shi Taijun, but in this "Dream of the Red Chamber", there is no Shi Xiangyun in the first 20 times, in fact, it is not nothing, it is likely to be moved to Lin Daiyu's description. When Lin Daiyu arrived in Jia Province, although her mother died, her father was still alive, and she served as an inspector of salt in Weiyang, and her family lineage was no less than that of Jia Province. The 3rd retrospective of Hu Shi's collection of Jia Shu Ben is "Rong Guofu Adopting Lin Daiyu", which is not in line with Lin Daiyu's reality, only "Adopting Shi Xiangyun" is more consistent, which can also be seen by examining the evolution of the version of "Dream of the Red Chamber" and the logical analysis of the text. From the initial idea of Cao Xueqin's creation to the completion of the book, the relationship between the master and the subordinate of Lin Daiyu and Shi Xiangyun may have been changed in the process of "reading additions and deletions".
Xue Baochao's city government is deep and strict, many readers do not like this "cold beauty", Lin Daiyu is lonely and arrogant, and many readers are difficult to accept this "sick Xi shi", but readers of different classes have a good feeling for Shi Xiangyun. From the perspective of traditional culture, Shi Xiangyun's portrayal of a clear, clear and clear image inside and outside has been deeply rooted in the essence of metaphysics. In addition to his frank personality and high-mindedness, which has the demeanor of Wei and Jin, Shi Xiangyun's poems are also written in an unconventional way, "Hantang Crane Shadow", which reflects the characteristics of his idle clouds and wild cranes. Every time she appears in "Dream of the Red Chamber", it is like a glimpse of surprise, which is amazing. Her drinking was "booze", and the 49th time she wrote that she burned deer in the garden on a snowy day and chewed it, which was quite shocking. She not only drank heavily but also slept heavily, the 62nd drunken lying in the garden, bluestone for the bed, falling flowers as a pillow, "Xiangyun drunken sleep" has long become one of the traditional painting titles of "Dream of the Red Chamber", and her optimistic personality epistemologically conveys Cao Xueqin's aesthetic ideals.
