Some people may see here and say that in ancient times, there were many rich and idle people in the courtyard of the big family, and there were many rich and idle people, so it was inevitable that some people would do some dirty things.
However, in Cao Xueqin's "Dream of the Red Chamber", it is not that some people are unbearable, but that many people seem to have places of impropriety, Jia Baoyu ran to the bed of Lin Daiyu, who was making a fuss, and also dared to be interested in Xue Baochao's skin, not to mention that he was also ambiguous about Qin Zhong and Jiang Yuhan of the same sex...

So why did Cao Xueqin write this? It actually starts with a book.
This book is called "Wind Moon Treasure Book", those who have seen "Dream of the Red Chamber" know that in Cao Gong's book, there have been two places mentioned "Wind Moon Treasure Book", the first place is the first time of this book, Cao Xueqin said in the book, this book was originally called "Stone Record", empty karate people saw the heart and felt something, so it was renamed Love Monk, "Stone Record" was also changed to "Love Monk Record".
Later, another person named Wu Yufeng called the book "Dream of the Red Chamber", and another person named Kong Meixi called the book "Treasure Book of the Wind and Moon". And Rouge Zhai has a comment at the end of this text, to the effect that Cao Xueqin once wrote a "Treasure Book of the Wind and Moon", his cousin Tangcun had made a preface to this book, and the later "Stone Record" was added and deleted on the basis of the previous book.
The reason why the places involving the three names are marked separately, and the individual words are more eye-catching, is because there was a "Wu's Stone Record" in later generations, which has a total of one hundred and eight times, which is very different from the current one hundred and twenty times (Gao Yan Supplementary Edition), and once this book was published, it triggered a great revival in the red academic circles.
Because this book wrote a lot of content that Gao Yan's version did not have, it also proposed a major event that broke the earth: according to the book, "Dream of the Red Chamber" was not original by Cao Xueqin, but was written by a person named Wu Meicun, and Cao Xueqin only added and deleted it.
If only this book were to say so, it might not cause a shock, but saying that Cao Xueqin is not the original author is not a person who is a book.
There was once a book called "Jujube Window Idle Pen", the author once mentioned in this book, the author of "Stone Record" he did not know who it was, but he knew that this book was later passed to Cao Xueqin's hands, Cao Xueqin read this book and the deeds at home, so he made additions and deletions, which led to the later Cao version of "Dream of the Red Chamber".
If someone who is idle writes this book, then everyone may not care. However, the author of "Jujube Window Idle Pen" is called Ai Xin Jueluo Yurui, and everyone knows by looking at the name that this person should be a Qing Dynasty royalty. Indeed, Yu Rui was a descendant of Duoduo, nurhaci's fifteenth son, who had been made the Duke of The Eight Auxiliary Kingdoms during the Qianlong period.
As Ai Xinjue Luo Yurui, the possibility of telling lies is relatively small, coupled with the evidence of "Wu's Stone Record", many people at that time believed that the first author of "Dream of the Red Chamber" was not Cao Xueqin. However, after many experts' examination, the mainstream voice still believes that Cao Xueqin is the original author of "Dream of the Red Chamber".
However, through this debate, everyone reached a consensus on one thing, that is, "Dream of the Red Chamber" was not achieved overnight, but had been added or deleted, and the most original version of "Dream of the Red Chamber" is likely to be the version called "Treasure Book of the Wind and Moon".
So what is the difference between the most original version of "Treasure Book of the Wind and Moon" and the "Dream of the Red Chamber" that we see now? Because "Dream of the Red Chamber" itself is incomplete, the original version of "Treasure Book of the Wind and Moon" has not been handed down, but there are two things that have given us great inspiration.
The first thing was the cause of Qin Keqing's death. Ordinary people who like the Red Chamber may know that Qin Keqing did not die of illness as in the current circulation version, and in the uncut version, she actually committed suicide because her father-in-law Jia Zhen picked up ashes. But there may also be people who have seen the uncut version, and then they can see more things.
Why did Qin Keqing commit suicide, just because Jia Zhen had an affair with her? In fact, it is not, what is the real reason, because she not only did disgraceful things, but also became pregnant with a "ghost fetus", and the doctor who saw the problem could not be found because he was driven away by Jia Zhen for a short time, so Qin Keqing was worried about the exposure of things, so he chose to commit suicide. In other words, if things were not at risk of being exposed, Qin Keqing would not have committed suicide.
In the popular version, although Qin Keqing has the sentence that "love must be adulterous when they meet each other", but there is no clear basis for finding a clear basis in the content, but in the uncut version, not only did qin Keqing write a side that Qin Keqing could not see in the popular version, but even Qin Keqing personally said before committing suicide, "I have been in a debauchery all my life, and I have been extremely debauched." ”

Jia Rui was infatuated with Wang Xifeng, and as a result, his little uncle, who did not attract Wang Xifeng's liking, was instructed by Wang Xifeng to be treated by the little uncle Jia Rong and Jia Qiang. Later, he became seriously ill because of this, and the foot-breaking Daoist gave him a "Wind and Moon Treasure Book" to cure the "disease of evil thoughts", and as a result, he was obsessed with the illusion, and finally died.

Cao Xueqin's original "Treasure Book of the Wind and Moon" may involve more ethical themes and a larger scale, but the purpose of his writing this book is not to use the plot of the wind and moon in it to attract readers, but to borrow the matter of the wind and moon to satirize some things in reality, so the instructor once said: "The Golden Bottle Plum" is the ancestor of the Dream of the Red Chamber, and without the "Golden Bottle Plum" it is impossible to write "The Dream of the Red Chamber".
And the description of the "Treasure Book of the Wind and Moon" in the book, in fact, can also see the author's intentions, if you take this book as that book, naturally see that is what, if you want to be able to see the deep meaning of this book, you can naturally see things that are beneficial to the body and mind.
From this we can see that the reason why the popular version of "Dream of the Red Chamber" has so many wind and moon descriptions is actually not more but less, the original version of "Dream of the Red Chamber" is actually "Wind and Moon Treasure Book", And Cao Xueqin's original intention may not be high.
