In the history of China, there have been many loyal subjects, and there have also been many traitors, who may have their own masters, perhaps with different purposes, but the same is that they all have a lot of research on calligraphy. If you don't believe it, you can look at the well-written history of calligraphy, among which there are many traitors, such as Cai Jing. There is a song in the Northern Song Dynasty: hitting the bucket (Tong Guan) and spilling the dish (Cai Jing) is a good world on earth. From this, we can see the status of Cai Jing in the hearts of the people, but he can be said to be a good writer, so from this point of view, the emperor of the Cai Jing Dynasty is the famous artist Emperor Song Huizong.
Song Huizong everyone knows that he himself is a calligrapher, and his self-created thin gold body is thin and agile, and his style is exquisite. And Cai Jing's words have been recognized by him, so it can be seen that his words are enough to compete with Su Shi, Huang Tingjian, and Mi Fu. Later characters like Qin Juniper were also well written, and their achievements in calligraphy were also quite high. In the Ming Dynasty, there was also a well-known traitor who wrote very well, as can be seen from the words he wrote for a small shop in that year. This inscription has become the sign of this store for five hundred years.
This traitor was Yan Song, who had been in charge of the state affairs of Daming for fifteen years. Yan Song was born on the twenty-second day of the first month of the sixteenth year (1480) of emperor Chenghua of the Ming Dynasty, and it is said that his father was also drunk on the right. The difference is that his father failed several exams, so he put all his hopes on the child, and it can be said that Yan Song has borne his father's desire for rights since he was a child. He did not fail his father, and indeed became a jinshi during the years of Emperor Mingxiaozong, but because of a serious illness, he retired from office for ten years.
These ten years is the time when Liu Jinquan fell to the world, and his real origin is that after Jiajing ascended the throne, Jiajing attached great importance to etiquette, and Yan Song was engaged in this. In March of the twenty-seventh year of Jiajing (1548), Xia Yan was killed, and Yan Song became the first assistant of the cabinet, and from then on he had exclusive power. The Ming Dynasty listed Yan Song as one of the six traitorous ministers of the Ming Dynasty, believing that he was a talentless man, but whether he was a great traitor is still quite controversial. Scholars in Yan Song's hometown believe that he also has a side of loyalty to the king and love for the people, but in fact, it is because of the Qing Dynasty's large number of nonsense compilation of ming history, resulting in future generations being half-convinced of ming history.
And there are indeed many biased places in Yan Song's deeds, such as the unjust death of Zhang Jing, a famous general who resisted the Wu Dynasty, and Ming Shi attributed the crime to Yan Song's body. But this point even Wang Shizhen did not admit it, you know, Wang Shizhen scolded Yan Song several times, and also wrote a lot of novels to satirize him. However, Wang Shizhen proposed in the case of Zhang Jing that he did not do it, believing that it was caused by Xu Jie's provocation, and the authenticity of the Ming history was debatable. Regardless of whether Yan Song is adulterous or not, his dictatorship is true, and politically speaking, it is unlikely that Yan Song did not have talent.
How could a person who did not have some real talent and practical learning stay in the position of the first assistant for fifteen years, and the Jiajing Emperor was not stupid. Moreover, he was loved by the emperor by writing green words, and judging from the calligraphy works he left behind, Yan Song's calligraphy achievements were actually very deep. Yan Song's surviving calligraphy is mainly divided into four types, one is the scroll, which is the least preserved, and the preserved thousand-character text is a treasure. The second is the printed text, which is probably left in two copies. The third is the inscription, which is now the inscription of the Liu Zongyuan Memorial Hall in Hunan and the ManjiangHong next to Yue Fei's tomb on the west lake in Hangzhou.
The last one is the list book, this category is mainly on the front of the door, the holy house in Qufu, Shandong, and the first pass in the world of Shanhaiguan are all from Yan Song's hand. There are also many in Beijing, but the most representative is the plaque of a small shop, which can prosper for more than 500 years without this plaque. It is Liubiju Sauce Garden, which is one of the oldest and most prestigious long-established brands in Beijing, with a history of nearly 500 years.
Liubiju is still open until now, how famous is it? During the Republic of China, Chiang Kai-shek was about to entertain guests, and he specially named the pickles that he wanted to be six biju, which showed his reputation. Approaching Liubiju, you will find a large plaque with the words "Liubiju" hanging on its door. How important is this plaque? When the Eight-Nation Alliance invaded China, the city of Beijing was in chaos, and the Boxers and the Eight-Nation Alliance set fires everywhere in the city, and Liubiju was also implicated. But when he was running away, a guy named Zhang Zhuobiao in the shop risked his life to save the plaque.
After the owner came back and learned about it, he heard that the plaque was still crying with joy, and said that there was a plaque and there was business, so he also specially promoted Zhang Tobiao. This plaque is important because it was inscribed by Yan Song, a powerful minister of the Ming Dynasty, but there are several theories of Yan Song's inscription. One is to say that this was yan Song's title when he was not yet found, so there was no payment. The name Liubi is because at that time, Liubiju was mainly selling firewood, rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and six necessities of life, so it was called Liubiju. It is also said that Yan Song wrote the six hearts at the beginning, but felt that the meaning of the six hearts was not good, so it was changed to six must live.
And there is another theory that Yan Song was already a powerful minister at that time, but how could he write an inscription for a small shop? The shop owner thought of a way, the servant of the Toyan Mansion went to ask for words, and the male servant entrusted another maid, and the maid went to find the lady. Madame naturally also understood that Yan Song could not solve the problem, so she practiced the Six Must Ju in front of Yan Song herself, and Yan Song could not bear it. Finally, I simply wrote it by hand, which led to the plaque of Liubiju, and once this plaque was launched, the small shop that was not famous was instantly worth more than a monk.
It is said that Liu Biju is the most representative because the body of this plaque is strict and broad, the pen strength is majestic and broad; the font is rich but not stagnant, and the gesture is strong but not clumsy. Its historical and calligraphic art value is very high, and it is also a rare treasure in the list book. Of course, the plaque that Liubiju can prosper for five hundred years is certainly not only dependent on, but also the reason why they are exquisitely skilled and strictly made. It is not a good skill, nor will it be selected as a court royal product in the Qing Dynasty.
