The thermal efficiency of Weichai Power Diesel Engine reached 51.09% for the first time in the world, once again breaking the global record and further enhancing China's discourse power in the global internal combustion engine industry. The international authoritative testing organization TÜV SÜD issued a certification certificate of 51.09% thermal efficiency to Weichai. The International Society of Automotive Engineers, MIT, AVL of Austria, FEV of Germany, Southwest Research Institute of the United States, Bosch Group of Germany, Weipan Technology of Germany, as well as the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, the Society of Automotive Engineers of China, the Society of Internal Combustion Engines of China, the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, etc., have sent congratulatory letters and congratulatory videos.
During the event, Weichai's demonstration application results in hydrogen energy parks, hydrogen energy ports, hydrogen energy highways and other scenarios were displayed, and the demonstration operation and delivery ceremony of hydrogen fuel heavy trucks in Shandong Heavy Industry and Shandong Port was held. The first batch of Sinotruk hydrogen fuel heavy-duty tractors, supporting Weichai's high-power hydrogen fuel cell system, has the characteristics of strong power, green environmental protection, safety and reliability, efficient and full attendance, etc., and is another masterpiece of Weichai's hydrogen energy industry.
