There is a famous emperor in the history of Vietnam named Tan Shu Minh, who was originally a prince of the Chen Dynasty, and he had a worry-free life. At this time, the northern China is the Ming Dynasty, just established, Vietnam is also the country of Tai Min'an, the wind and rain are smooth, although this Chen Shuming has no possibility of taking the throne, but there will be no killing disaster, but at this time there is a fork. Chen Shuming's uncle was emperor at the time, and when he was critically ill, he ordered his brother's adopted son to take the throne, this adopted son was nominally surnamed Chen, but in fact he was not a Member of the Chen family at all, his original name was Yang Rili, and he disguised himself very high before he could take the throne. Immediately after Yang Il-li ascended the throne, he began a horrific purge of the Chen clan, first killing all the Chen family ministers, and later starting to purge all the Chen clans. Chen Shuming was forced to flee to the countryside.
After Chen Shuming ran to the countryside near Hanoi in present-day Vietnam, a local farmer risked his life to take him in, and he wanted to commit suicide at that time, but the farmer stopped him, saying that he would stay in Qingshan without worrying about firewood. In the future, if he cannot restore the country, he will be his son, and the farmer will take extra care of him, and usually will not let him do those rough and tiring work. Just let him do simple chores. In this way, Chen Shuming spent twelve years in the countryside.
Twelve years later, Chen Shuming was already forty years old, when this Yang Rili was perverse, and the government and the public were very dissatisfied with him, just because Yang Rili's commander of the Forbidden Army decided to rebel at that time, the Qunchen colluded to launch a coup d'état and ousted him from power. Chen Shuming was invited out of the countryside at this time, Chen Shuming's father who adopted him before he left was already dying, and before he died, he made a wish to Chen Shuming, saying that he hoped that Chen Shuming would be able to make his young son live a good life in the future. Chen Shuming agreed to him, and then the old father died. After Chen Shuming returned to the throne, he ordered the old father to be buried, but after the thick burial, he ordered the killing of the entire family of the benefactor. At the same time, no one is allowed to talk about his history in the countryside across the country. According to the analysis of Vietnamese historians, Tran Did so because he was afraid that others would know that he had picked up dung and watered the land. Afraid that his history would be exposed, he ordered the massacre, but for the old father, Chen Shuming often went to worship, he was not a complete white-eyed wolf, but as an emperor he was very contradictory. It was not until after Chen Shuming's death that this history was revealed.
Ironically, before his death, Chen Shuming entrusted himself to his confidante, the founding emperor of the Later Hu Dynasty, and Chen Shuming also tempted him to say: If the young lord cannot assist, he can claim the title of emperor himself. At that time, he wept bitterly and said that he would assist the young lord, and as a result, Chen Shuming usurped the throne just after his death. The Chen Dynasty was thus destroyed, and perhaps it really had its own providence in the underworld.
