There once was a duck who had the bad luck to live with a lazy old farmer.
Once upon a time, there was an unlucky duck living with a big lazy farmer.
The duck did the work. The farmer stayed all day in bed.
The ducks had to do all the work, and the farmer just lay in bed all day.
The duck fetched he cow from the field.
The ducks went into the field and brought the cows back.
"How goes the work?" called the farmer.
The farmer shouted, "How's the work going?" ”
The duck answered, "Quack!"
The duck replied, "Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ”
The duck brought the sheep from the hill.
The ducks went up the hill and drove the sheep back.
"How goes the work?" called the farmer.
The farmer shouted, "How's the work going?" ”
The duck answered, "Quack!"
The duck replied, "Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ”
The duck put the hens in their house.
The ducks drive the chickens back to the coop.
"How goes the work?" called the farmer.
The farmer shouted, "How's the work going?" ”
The duck answered, "Quack!"
The duck replied, "Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ”
The farmer got fat through staying in bed and the poor duck got fed up with working all day.
The farmer lay in bed from morning to night, fat. The ducks worked hard day and night, so tired that they were about to collapse.

"Quack!"

The poor duck was sleepy and weepy and tired.
Poor duck, sleepy, tired, and sad.
The hens and the cow and the sheep got very upset. They loved the duck.
Cows and sheep and chickens love ducks, and they both feel sorry for their friends.
So they held a meeting under the moon and they made a plan for the morning.
So everyone took advantage of the moonlight and carefully arranged the action the next morning.
"Moo!" said the cow.
"Whoo!" The cow said.
"Baa!" said the sheep.
"Whoops!" Sheep said.
"Cluck!" said the hens.
"Gollum!" The chicken said.
And that was the plan!
Okay, that's it!
It was just before dawn and the farmyard was still.
It was still dark and the farm was quiet.
Through the back door and into the house crept the cow and the sheep and the hens.
Cows, sheep and chickens sneaked through the back door into the farmer's house.
They stole down the hall. They creaked up the stairs.
Everyone entered the hallway lightly, stepping on the stairs and creaking.
They squeezed under the bed of the farmer and wriggled about.
Together, they squeezed under the farmer's bed, and the top of the bed began to shake.
The bed started to rock and the farmer woke up, and he called, "How goes the work?" and...
The bed began to shake, and the farmer was awakened and shouted, "How's the work done?"
They lifted his bed and he started to shout, and they banged and they bounced the old farmer about and about and about, right out of the bed...
Everyone arched up, and the farmer shouted. Everyone squeezed and slammed the bed, and the farmer rolled down and fell heavily to the floor.
He fled with the cow and the sheep and the hens mooing and baaing and clucking around him.
The farmer pulled out his legs and ran, and the cattle, sheep and chickens chased after them.
"Moo!"
"Whoo!"
"Baa!"
"Whoops!"
"Cluck!"
"Gollum!"
Down the lane..."Moo!"
Chase all the way down the path..."Moo! ”
through the fields..."Baa!"
Through the fields..." Boom! ”
over the hill..."Cluck!"
Over the hill..."Gollum! ”
and he never came back.
The farmer never came back...
The duck awoke and waddled wearily into the yard expecting to hear, "How goes the work?"
In the early morning, the ducks wandered into the yard tiredly, waiting to hear the words—"How's the work done?" ”
But nobody spoke!
Oh, no one is talking!
Then the cow and the sheep and the hens came back.
Cows, sheep and chickens are back.
"Quack?" asked the duck.
"Gaga?" The duck asked.
"Moo!" said the cow.
"Whoo!" The cow said.
"Baa!" said the sheep.
"Whoops!" Sheep said.
"Cluck!" said the hens.
"Gollum!" The chicken said.
Which told the duck the whole story.
Everyone told the ducks what had happened.
Then mooing and baaing and clucking and quacking they all set to work on their farm.
Since then, everyone has worked together on the farm, and the farm is full of joy.
