The chapter "Speed in the Bay Area" tells the story of Huang Yunfei, chief expert of mobile communications of China Telecom Group, who tackled 5G technical problems, and Ning Pinghua, chief engineer of Guangzhou Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute, led the team to elaborately design the first cross-river pedestrian bridge in Guangzhou - Haixin Bridge.
