Is your probationary salary really right?

When entering the workforce, the employer will often agree with the employee on a probationary period wage, and the probationary period salary will be lower than the regularized wage. And we don't think there's anything wrong with that. But did you know that your probationary salary may be less?

1. When the Employer stipulates the wages of the employee during the probationary period, it shall not be lower than the minimum wage of the same post in the employer or 80% of the wages after the expiration of the probationary period agreed upon in the employee's own labor contract;

2. Even if the probationary period wage meets the standards stipulated in the preceding article, it shall also be done and shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard of the employer's location. Only if these two points are met, the probationary period wage determined by the employer is reasonable and legal.
