When talking about the education of children, Wu Jingyu said:
What I can give her better may be a kind of frustration education, as I have told many teenagers, not that you can't fail. After I lost at the Tokyo Olympics, in an interview, someone asked the mother of the child what to do if she lost, and she was actually a little sad. I told her that it didn't matter, my mother had won and lost, but we had to be brave to do what we loved. You can't just lose and you don't participate. It's okay to lose, we'll come again. Then the child will come and say, Mom, it doesn't matter, I grew up and I won back! This sentence surprised me.

So choose the sport you like, stick with it, get happy, get mentally healthy.
