Take a "tiger" word
This is a running track route map carefully drawn by the runners @ Wangxiang Uncle (net name) and the friends of the On Ang running sports community, and it is also the first "tiger" word road map in the runner circle. As soon as it was sent out on the Internet, it was sought after, and runners met one after another to go to the "tiger" for a run!
According to Uncle Wangxiang, running enthusiasts will run a route related to the zodiac every year, but most people will design a specific image of the route map. He was also inspired by the previous "Shang" route, studied the map of downtown Shanghai, and found that some roads in Xuhui and Huangpu districts could be strung together with a "tiger" route. After several map deductions and two field tests, they finally ran out of this near-perfect "tiger" word!
The entire route is about 17.7 kilometers (excluding the section of the section with a record of suspension) and is carried out in three sections. Jogging to complete the entire route takes about two and a half hours (including the time spent waiting at traffic lights), and the intensity of the exercise is not very high. You can also use the way of walking + cycling to do a micro-trip to the city, and enjoy swimming out a "tiger" word!

First of all, you need a punch card tool to record the trajectory of the exercise, it is recommended to download a running APP (such as "Yue Running Lap"). Secondly, you have to pick a good weather. If you are ready to run, it is recommended to choose a non-working day at 7 or 8 o'clock in the morning, which has good visibility and does not take the wrong road; on the other hand, there are fewer vehicles and pedestrians on some small roads. If you are ready to ride + stroll, that is always available, but it is not recommended for the night.
(Note: Between the first and second leg, there are 350 meters of the road section that needs to pause the recording track until the next starting recording point.) Be sure to pay attention to the two paused trajectories and re-recorded points on the roadmap, which is very important for the completion of the word "tiger"! ）
The character "Tiger" can start from the intersection of Huaihai Middle Road and South Shaanxi Road, all the way through South Shaanxi Road, Changle Road, Xiangyang South Road, Fuxing Middle Road... Finally, arrive at the intersection of Jiashan Road and Jianguo West Road. On this part of the trip you will encounter a lot of classic micro-tour scenery.
