BMW M3 is the dream car in the hearts of many people, the price in China is close to one million, because of its excellent performance and relatively low-key shape, it has become a "god car" in the eyes of car fans. Such cars tend to be very small in China, and sales will not be high. More niche than the M3 is M3 Touring, which is the M3 Travel Edition. Recently, the trailer of bmw's M3 Touring was released, and you can see the front face shape that is almost the same as the M3 sedan version, as well as the body outline of the station wagon.
From the stylistic point of view, the front face of the M3 Touring is almost a replica of the M3/M4, the headlight group is flat and narrow, and the interior has a multi-angled daytime running lamp. The design of the "large nostrils" is still continued, fusing the middle mesh and the lower bracket together, and the two sides are large grilles, which have the effect of air intake and diversion.
According to other teasers and spy photos, it can be seen that M3 Touring will use M multi-spoke sports rims, which are customized. The rear fenders protrude outwards, and the trunk at the rear of the car is large, probably longer than the sedan. The taillights are also the latest style, with a 3D suspension design. You can also see the exhaust pipes on both sides, directly backwards, exposed.
There are no real car photos in the interior part, but we expect it to be much different from the M3 sedan version. In the power part, the new car should be equipped with the same 3.0T twin-turbo engine as the M3 sedan version, and the cylinder layout is inline six cylinders. Referring to the M3 on sale, the maximum horsepower may reach 510Ps. The gearbox part should be equipped with an 8AT gearbox.
The new M3 Touring didn't give us a big surprise, but a station wagon of more than 500 horses is a cool thing in itself. It is not expected that the car will be unveiled overseas for too long, at most in 2022.
