1. China State Construction won the bid for the general contracting of the EPC project of Iraq International Airport

Recently, China State Construction and the Civil Aviation Administration of Iraq won the bid for the EPC project general contract of Nasiriyah International Airport in Iraq, which was signed by China State Construction International and China Construction First Bureau. The winning bid amount was about RMB 2.339 billion.

Located in Nasiriyah, the capital of Zigar Province, Iraq, the project mainly includes the construction of the new main terminal VIP terminal, the air traffic control building, the cargo building, the hotel, the administrative office building, the fire rescue station and ancillary facilities, the construction and reconstruction of the airport connection line, and the upgrading of the runway and apron.

The project plans to become an aviation center in southwestErn Iraq after the completion of the annual passenger flow of 750,000 passengers, which is of great significance for improving transportation in southwestern Iraq, accelerating regional development, and enhancing the regional investment environment.

The project is the first infrastructure project after the return of Chinese architecture to Iraq, and the signing ceremony and groundbreaking ceremony of the project were witnessed by Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Kadimi, which fully demonstrated the social impact of the project.

2. China Road and Bridge won the bid for the Municipal Road Upgrade Project in Rwanda

Recently, China Road & Bridge won the bid for the World Bank Phase III Nyagtare 6.71 km municipal road upgrade project, which is the company's sixth spot project in the Rwandan market in 2021.

3. China Road and Bridge won the bid for the Tanzania Highway Project

Recently, China Road & Bridge successfully won the bid for the road upgrade project in the Bukini-Brigitato National Park section of Tanzania.

The project is located in the Kagueira region of northwestern Tanzania, bordering Uganda to the north, with a total length of 60 km. The construction of the project will further improve the land connection between Tanzania and Uganda, supporting transport and trade between the two countries.

4. China Road and Bridge won the bid for the Togolese road project

Recently, China Road & Bridge won the bid for road improvement and asphalt laying works at totogo's Tsévié New Bus Station and New Market Entrance, which is the fourth spot project that the company will harvest in the Togolese market in 2021.

Recently, China Harbor received a bid award letter for the Runway Upgrade Project at Munda Airport in the Solomon Islands. The project is a general contract for construction.

The project is located in the Western Province of the Solomon Islands. The main work was to upgrade the runway, glider and apron pavement, drainage system and navigation aids of The Solomon Islands Mundal Airport.

After the completion of the project, It will enable Munda Airport to have the ability to take off and land Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 passenger aircraft, effectively alleviating the heavy passenger and cargo transportation pressure of the current airport and improving the travel conditions of local residents.

6. Zhenhua Heavy Industry signed a contract for the supply project of ECT Terminal in East Port, Sri Lanka

Recently, Zhenhua Heavy Industries signed a contract with the Sri Lanka Port Authority for 12 shore bridges and 40 automated rail crane projects at the ECT Terminal of The East Port of Sri Lanka, with a contract amount of US$283 million, which is also the company's largest overseas order of the year. The project will be delivered in three batches, with deliveries expected to be completed by 2025.
