Yang Jingyu, the first person to resist the Japanese in northeast China: When he was sacrificed, there was cotton wool in his stomach, and the Japanese army held a funeral ceremony for him

On September 18, 1931, the ambitious and premeditated Japanese launched the "918 Incident" that shocked China and foreign countries under the pretext of raiding Shenyang. After this incident, the Japanese army launched a large-scale attack on the northeast region of our country, established a puppet regime in Manchuria within China, and adopted the strategy of "using China to control China" in an attempt to turn China into a Japanese colonial power in a short period of time.

More than 30 million compatriots in northeast China suffered greatly, becoming the first Chinese people in China to suffer. The brutality of the Japanese army is obvious to all, and after they entered The territory of China, they burned and plundered everywhere, raped and plundered, and did nothing wrong.

The Pingdingshan Massacre, the Nanjing Massacre, the Panjiayu Massacre, and the bacteriological experiments and bacteriological warfare under Unit 731 in Harbin... In the fourteen-year-long War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the massacres and massacres committed by the Japanese army in China were unspeakably numerous and heinous!

After the Japanese army entered the northeast, under the Kuomintang's non-resistance strategy, hundreds of thousands of northeast troops did not fire a single shot, withdrew from the three northeastern provinces, and surrendered the northeast land of our country to the Japanese army. The Japanese Kwantung Army, with a total strength of less than 20,000 troops, drove straight in, and it took only more than four months to occupy most of the northeast.

Hundreds of thousands of troops did not fight, and their own brave heroes took up guns to fight against the Japanese and Kou, defending our territory and protecting the people of northeast China. They formed the Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition Army, fought with blood and lives, and vowed to drive the Japanese out of the land of China. At that time, the most famous anti-Japanese leaders were Yang Jingyu and Zhao Shangzhi, known as "Southern Yang and Northern Zhao", two anti-Japanese heroes who were regarded by the Japanese army as the greatest harm to the invasion of China, and General Yang Jingyu was the first person to resist Japan in northeast China.

In February 1940, Yang Jingyu was betrayed by traitors and was besieged by the Japanese army in the deep mountains and old forests in the northeast. At that time, it was a cold winter, the sky was full of snow, a white expanse, under the pressure of hunger and cold, Yang Jingyu and the Japanese army were deadlocked for more than ten days.

In order to capture Yang Jingyu, the Japanese Kou carried out a complete blockade of this mountain forest, strictly controlled the villagers to bring grain in and out, and wanted to trap Yang Jingyu in the mountain forest. In the case of food and water, Yang Jingyu fought hard with the Japanese Kou for several days, and finally died heroically under the guns of the puppet army.

After Yang Jingyu was brutally killed, the enemy broke open his stomach and was shocked to find that there were some indigestible cotton wool and some grass root bark in his stomach. The Japanese officers and soldiers who saw this scene no longer had the excitement of killing Yang Jingyu, the leader of the anti-Japanese resistance, but were afraid and awe-inspiring from the bottom of their hearts, and they could not help but stand in awe at such an anti-Japanese hero with an iron will.

As if to atone for his sins, the brutal Japanese officer ordered a funeral for him, using the Japanese "consolation sacrifice" to put Yang Jingyu's soul to rest. As everyone knows, if the Japanese Kou has not been removed and the homeland has not been at peace, how can Yang Jingyu's soul rest in peace?

On the eve of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan, the leading Japanese officer actually poisoned his wife and children and committed suicide by leaving a suicide note, in which he wrote: "China has iron-blooded soldiers like Yang Jingyu, and will certainly not perish the country." ”

Yang Jingyu, whose original name was Ma Shangde, was born on February 13, 1905 to a poor peasant family in Liwan Village, Qishan County, Henan Province. He grew up without a father, and his mother pulled her children up alone. When he was a child, Yang Jingyu listened to his mother tell the story of Yue Fei's loyalty to the country in ancient times, admired Yue Fei's loyal and indomitable national spirit, and used him as an example to inspire him to continue to work hard and serve the motherland.

Under the influence of his mother, Yang Jingyu also developed a stubborn and unwilling nature, he rebelled against the landlord and took the lead in cracking down on the feudal evil forces that squeezed the poor. Since he was a teenager, he has set up a lofty ambition to take the world as his own responsibility and save the people from water and fire. Her mother knew the importance of studying, so she saved money for Yang Jingyu to go to school.

In 1923, at the age of 18, Yang Jingyu was admitted to the Henan Provincial Kaifeng Textile and Dyeing Industrial School. With the passage of time, the teenager Yang Jingyu gradually grew up, looking tall and tall, with a large body, a straightforward and heroic personality, and was a one-meter-nine-meter northern man. During his studies, Yang Jingyu actively studied advanced cultural knowledge and came into contact with advanced proletarian concepts such as Marxism.

In 1919, the May Fourth Patriotic Youth Movement broke out, and Yang Jingyu was influenced by this and actively organized students to respond, carrying out patriotic actions of strikes and demonstrations and burning Japanese goods.

In the summer of 1926, Yang Jingyu joined the Communist Youth League of China. In May of the following year, Yang Jing officially joined the Communist Party of China and became a glorious communist fighter.

This year, Yang Jingyu, at the urging of his mother, took leave from school and returned home to get married. His wife, named Guo Lian, is a native of her hometown, and although she is a boudoir woman born in the old society and has never attended a day's school, she has a strong and resolute character like Yang Jingyu. After marriage, the two people lived happily and happily, with a son and a daughter.

During his marriage and children in his hometown, Yang Jingyu did not forget his revolutionary mission, he launched the Liudian Autumn Harvest Uprising, and served as the commander-in-chief of the peasant revolutionary army in his hometown, carrying out the revolutionary movement all day without leaving home. At this time, Guo Lian discovered that her husband was originally a Communist Party. In the context of the white terror at that time, Guo Lian, who knew the identity of her husband, was both happy and worried.

The joy is that her husband is not an ordinary thing, he is a great hero for the country and the people; the worry is whether he will not be able to return from the revolution outside. Sure enough, the wife's worries finally happened. The life of the small family is very warm and beautiful, but under the turmoil of the country, how can Yang Jingyu, who has the world in his heart, only guard the warmth of one family? For the sake of everyone, we must abandon the small family!

In the middle of the night, five days after his daughter's birth, Yang Jingyu dragged his tired body back to his home. He pulled his wife aside and said to her with a solemn expression: "Tomorrow I will go to a far place, maybe I will not come back for several years, this home will be handed over to you to work hard!" ”

Hearing her husband's words, Guo Lian's tears flowed directly down her cheeks. She knew very well in her heart that sooner or later her husband was going to go out to do great things, and that he was determined to carry out the revolutionary cause of the country, and there would always be a day of separation, but she did not expect that this day would come so quickly.

Guo Lian wiped away her tears, suppressed the reluctance and worry in her heart, raised a smile and said to her husband: "You can rest assured, I will take care of this family, wait for you to come back." She took her husband's hand and made a final farewell to him.

Subsequently, Yang Jingyu gently pushed open the door of the children's room and kissed the sleeping baby, tears swirling in his eyes. He reluctantly pushed open the door of the house, looked at his wife for the last time, and finally stepped out of the door, this parting is the eternal recipe.

In 1929, after Yang Jingyu left home, he was transferred by the party organization to Fushun, northeast China, to engage in underground party work and carry out the workers' movement. At that time, Fushun, Liaoning Province, was one of the four major industrial centers in northeast China, with rich mineral resources, concentrated industries, and many workers. Moreover, due to the development of industrial trade, the ideological consciousness of the workers is relatively high, and the revolutionary foundation is good.

To this end, the party set up a special branch of Fushun here, but due to the betrayal of traitors in the branch, the main person in charge of the Fushun special branch of the CPC was arrested, and the branch organization of Fushun was devastated, and it was urgent for someone to re-establish it. Therefore, Yang Jingyu, who has rich work experience and outstanding leadership ability, was sent to Fushun in the northeast.

In fact, Japan has long been eyeing the rich resources of Northeast China, and began to plunder the coal resources of Fushun in Northeast China as early as 1905. They forcibly occupied the Fushun mine, slave miners dug coal for them, without any regard for the lives of the miners, and countless Chinese miners died under the mines.

After Yang Jingyu arrived in Fushun to serve as secretary, he first focused his work on industrial workers according to the requirements of the organization. At that time, many of the Fushun mine were Shandong people, in order to better contact with these miners, Yang Jingyu also said that he was a Shandong Hanzi, alias Zhang Guanyi, entered the coal mine, and the miners dug coal and lived together.

At first, the workers were not familiar with this big guy, could not understand his details, afraid that he was a person with bad intentions, so they were lukewarm to him, and even a little wary of him. After being isolated by the workers, Yang Jingyu was not only not angry, but also a little happy, he thought in his heart, the workers actually knew to guard against strangers, indicating that their vigilance was very high.

The stomach of the human heart cannot withstand the long-term sight of the human heart. On this day, an old miner fainted, he was very sick, his body was hot, and there was no food at home. In desperation, he had to find the foreman and wanted to borrow some money to solve the urgent need, but the arrogant foreman not only did not borrow anything, but also beat up the seriously ill old miner. The old miner was injured and lay at home feeling that his life was not long away.

Just when the old miner thought that he was hopeless, Yang Jingyu rushed to his home with the only two pieces of ocean left on his body, stuffed the ocean into the hands of the old miner, and turned his head and left. The old miner looked at Yang Jingyu's departing figure and couldn't help but burst into tears.

Since this incident, the workers in the mine have changed their attitude towards this Shandong han and become close to him. After a period of contact, everyone gradually found that he was a warm-hearted, straightforward, considerate and kind person, very affectionately called him "Shandong Zhang" or "Zhang Big Man", and was willing to talk to Shandong Zhang about any difficulties and let him help.

Yang Jingyu also relied on his excellent language talent to chat with these miners about his hometown dialect and soon became the core figure among the mine workers. He passed on new ideas and concepts to the workers of the mine by forming a miners' brotherhood and a literacy class, and closely united the miners.

At that time, the workers working in the mine not only did not have enough to eat, wear and warm, but also worried about their own lives. Because in the mine, countless workers die every day, dying in a strange way, being starved to death, killed by the foreman, smoked by gas, killed by explosions, buried alive by sealed wells, and so on.

Japanese miners do not care about the lives of Chinese workers at all, and in order to squeeze the workers, they also drastically lay off workers and constantly extend the working hours of miners. The labor intensity of the miners continued to increase, and the safety of their lives was not guaranteed, coupled with the poor living conditions, the spread of plague and disease, and the hardships of life.

Yang Jingyu saw pain in his eyes, and in order to change the status quo, he decided to lead a strike of coal miners, resist the Japanese mine owners, and fight for the interests of the miners. After everything was ready on this day, Yang Jingyu first called for the workers to strike, and after the instructions of the mine came down, he united with the miners and refused to go down the well, not to work, not to coal, which was economically stuck in the neck of the Japanese.

Japanese miners could not withstand the collective strike of the miners, could not bear the economic losses caused by the collective strike, and could only propose to negotiate a solution with the miners. This is exactly the result that Yang Jingyu wants, and he proposes the conditions for resuming work on behalf of the miners:

One is to recall the laid-off miners and let them continue to work; the second is to improve the working conditions of the miners, increase the wages of miners, and extend the working hours require additional wages; the third is to improve the living environment of workers.

Yang Jingyu sternly said that if the Japanese miners did not agree with their reasonable demands, they would resolutely strike to the end. After several days of stalemate, the Japanese miners could not bear the huge economic losses of the shutdown and were forced to accede to the workers' demands.

The coal mine strike shocked the whole of Fushun and caused a collective response from workers in various industries in Fushun, but it also aroused the awareness of the Japanese Kwantung Army. They believe that this matter is certainly not as simple as it seems, and that there must be a Communist Party involved.

Therefore, under the orders of the Japanese Kwantung Army, the Japanese police stationed in Fushun launched an extensive search of the Fushun area in an attempt to arrest the underground PARTY members lurking in Fushun. At that time, Wang Zhenxiang, the special secretary of Fushun's special branch, Yang Jingyu's direct subordinate, was accidentally arrested while posting slogans in the mining area to publicize the workers' strike.

After Wang Zhenxiang was arrested, the enemy tortured him to extract a confession and wanted to ask the leaders of the CCP's underground party organization. Under heavy punishment, Wang Zhenxiang eventually defected, confessed to "Zhang Guanyi", and told the Japanese police station his specific location , Fuhe Inn.

At this time, Yang Jingyu had been exposed, and he knew nothing. On the other side, the Japanese army surrounded the inn and closely monitored every move in the inn. On the same day, Yang Jingyu was arrested as soon as he returned to the inn.

The Japanese police department concluded that this man, Zhang Guanyi, was the "leader" of this group of underground parties, so it interrogated him severely in an attempt to force him to admit that he was a Communist Party and thus the leader of the Fushun underground party organization. Under the pressure of the Japanese police, Yang Jingyu always calmly and calmly, but replied that he did not know what the Communist Party was.

When the Japanese police station put out physical evidence, Yang Jingyu said that these things did not know who left them, not their own things, if so, how could they be placed in such a conspicuous place? In the end, the Japanese army found Wang Zhenxiang to confront Yang Jingyu, and Yang Jingyu looked at the traitor in front of him with a cold face, unmoved, saying that he did not know this person.

In front of the loyal and indomitable Yang Jingyu, Wang Zhenxiang was self-conscious. After some torture, the Japanese police could not say anything from Yang Jingyu. Annoyed and angry, they tortured Yang Jingyu for several days and nights. They whipped with leather whips, clamped with plates, irrigated with cool water, and did everything to the extreme. But Yang Jingyu carried it all down, still loyal and unyielding, and kept his confession.

With nothing to do, the Japanese police imprisoned Yang Jingyu, who was covered in scales, in a water prison. In the end, with the efforts of the masses and party organizations on all sides, he was released after completing his sentence.

In 1931, after the outbreak of the "918 Incident", Yang Jingyu resolutely chose to stay in the front line of the northeast to fight the Japanese army. Under the inhuman aggression of the Japanese Kou, the bloody sons and daughters of China in the northeast also mushroomed like mushrooms, joining the anti-Japanese guerrillas one after another and stubbornly resisting the Japanese army. Under the instructions of the party, Yang Jingyu actively formed, straightened out, and united the anti-Japanese contingent scattered in various counties, and while appeasing the masses, he did not give up persuading the Chinese to surrender and also joined the anti-Japanese contingent.

Through Yang Jingyu's unremitting efforts, the northeast region has initially formed a Chinese anti-Japanese national united front. Yang Jingyu led the anti-Japanese troops that followed him, between the Changbai Mountains and the Heilongjiang River, smashed the Japanese army's encirclement and suppression, fought a guerrilla war with the Japanese army, and attacked the Japanese puppet army.

After several years of anti-Japanese struggle after the "918 Incident", the anti-Japanese armed forces in northeast China have continued to grow, and the First Army of the Northeast People's Revolutionary Army, formed and led by Yang Jingyu, has become the main force in the anti-Japanese struggle in northeast China.

In February 1934, under the careful preparation of Yang Jingyu, the core figures of the Northeast People's Revolutionary Army, together with more than a dozen leading figures of the anti-Japanese armed forces, held an important meeting in the history of the Northeast War of Resistance. The meeting expounded the CPC's anti-Japanese stand, saying that under today's grim situation, joint resistance to Japan is the trend of the times, and we must not retreat in distress.

After the meeting, the General Headquarters of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition Army was formally established. This was the first anti-Japanese armed force under the national anti-Japanese united front created and led entirely by the Communist Party, and it was of great significance. It can also be seen from this that Yang Jingyu made great contributions to the formation of a nationwide anti-Japanese united front throughout the country.

In August 1935, the Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition Army was formally formed. In the following years, the anti-Japanese coalition army, in line with the purpose of "resisting Japan and saving the dead", constantly launched guerrilla warfare behind enemy lines with the Japanese army, and carried out hundreds of battles, effectively attacking the Japanese army in the three northeastern provinces and cooperating with and supporting the joint anti-Japanese movement throughout the country.

In the brutal battle of the anti-Japanese coalition army, some people fell behind and some defected, but more people persevered. In order to defend their homeland, which had been invaded by the Japanese Kou, and to save the people who were in dire straits, they fought bravely and sacrificed heroically, although they died without regrets.

As the anti-Japanese forces in the northeast continued to grow, the Japanese invaders panicked. In the autumn of 1939, the Japanese Kou launched a frenzied encirclement and suppression of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition Army in the name of "crusade".

After several failed crusades, the Japanese army was furious and came up with a vicious plan to trap Yang Jingyu's troops. They concentrated the people of the northeast in the Datun district, strictly controlled their production and life, strictly monitored the entry and exit of the people, and forbade the people to carry grain into the mountains and forests. In this way, Yang Jingyu completely lost the material support of the people and disconnected from the close contact with the local people.

Yang Jingyu was not afraid when facing the siege of the mountains by the Japanese army in the face of the patches, and when facing the enemy's economic blockade, he was not afraid, but always insisted on fighting the war to the end. However, no matter how powerful a person is, he cannot withstand the betrayal of his cronies around him. There are always some ungrateful traitors in this world, who abandon their faith in the arduous war of resistance and want to die for their own selfish interests.

On June 29, 1938, Yang Jingyu's most powerful general, Cheng Bin, rebelled. After surrendering to the enemy, Cheng Bin formed the "Cheng Bin Advance Team" to destroy the material storage area of Yang Jingyu's troops in the deep mountains and dense forests, and completely cut off the rear road of the anti-coalition forces. If Cheng Bin's betrayal was to cut off Yang Jingyu's left arm and right arm, then Zhang Xiufeng's rebellion was to completely hurt Yang Jingyu's heart.

This was the person he had brought up from childhood to adulthood, but he defected to the enemy with all the funds of the Anti-Coalition Forces, and exposed Yang Jingyu's whereabouts, leaving Yang Jingyu with the few remaining soldiers and falling into a desperate situation.

On February 18, 1940, Yang Jingyu asked the two remaining guards to go down the mountain to find food. On their way down the mountain, the two guards encountered the Japanese puppet army and unfortunately died. At this time, Yang Jingyu was already alone, and his position was also exposed for the most part because of the sacrifice of the guards. All major communication routes were blocked, and the Japanese and puppet armies continued to shrink the encirclement of the siege, and the situation was very critical.

Yang Jingyu still did not give up, he had been facing the enemy in this deep mountain and snow forest for six days. In these six days, he had not dripped rice, his face and hands were full of frostbite, the cold and hunger had numbed him, and he was ready to die.

On February 23, 1940, Yang Jingyu vaguely heard the conversation of several villagers on their way up the mountain, and he was ecstatic, so he quickly stopped the villagers, gave them a little money, and asked them to buy some grain and cotton clothes. The villagers looked at the tall man in front of them who was full of wounds and weak, and immediately reacted, this is the anti-Japanese hero Yang Jingyu who was surrounded by Japanese devils.

But they were timid and afraid, and one of them actually persuaded Yang Jingyu to surrender. In this regard, Yang Jingyu smiled indifferently, held his breath, and asked unusually firmly: "If all the Chinese surrender, will there still be China?" Several villagers were dumbfounded by the question, but they were not ashamed of this, but turned around and told the enemy about Yang Jingyu's location, completely putting him in a desperate situation.

Under the advice of the villagers, the enemy quickly surrounded them. Yang Jingyu dragged his heavy legs, still running fast, he ran deep into the forest, while gritting his teeth and shooting back, like a giant, shuttling through the dense forest of bullets and bullets.

In the end, Yang Jingyu could not run after all, and was shot by the enemy in front of a towering tree. After Yang Jingyu's sacrifice, the tall and mighty body still stood upright, he looked ahead, and his deep eyes stared at the vast land that he had sworn to guard to the death.

We have no reason to forgive those Japanese aggressors on behalf of our ancestors, nor to forget those martyrs who launched the War of Resistance and swore to die to save the country and the people, and still less to cherish the prosperous China that was exchanged for the blood and heads of the martyrs.

Don't forget the national shame and revitalize China! We would like to pay our highest respect to General Yang Jingyu!
