Xing Renfu was born in Yanshan, Hebei Province in the second year of Xuantong (1910 AD), the son of a minor leader of the Qinghong Gang. Since he was a child, he followed his father in the jianghu, Xing Renfu also practiced an extraordinary kung fu. In his youth, xing Renfu resolutely interrupted his studies to join the National Revolutionary Army in order to save the country and protect the people and eliminate warlords, and after a few months of accumulating military achievements as a platoon leader. Perhaps due to his childhood experience, Xing Renfu was good at observing words and colors, and he was quite sleek, and gradually met the source of the National Revolutionary Army, and later by virtue of his connections, Xing Renfu also honorably joined the party. After the defeat of the Great Revolution, under the white terror, Xing Renfu, who was able to stand out, was forced to go underground in the seventeenth year of the Republic of China (1929 AD) to engage in underground military movement work, and was later transferred to Xiao Zhichu as a staff officer.

After the outbreak of the "July 7 Incident", Xing Renfu delivered an anti-Japanese speech in Jiuxian County, encouraging the villagers to join the army to defend the country, and then he was appointed by his superiors to organize the battlefield behind enemy lines in North China. In the following years, he led his troops to hold the most arduous Jilu Border Region, and with his efforts, the troops under his command grew from dozens of people to more than 3,000 horses. Because Xing Renfu was a frequent pioneer in the anti-Japanese battlefield and had great military talent, his prestige in the army was very high, and he was soon promoted to the commander of the 6th Brigade of the Eighth Route Army's Teaching Brigade (due to the limited establishment approved by the National Government, a large number of "teaching brigades" were set up within the Eighth Route Army, and when the rank was first awarded in 1955, the commanders of these teaching brigades were generally lieutenant generals).
If Xing Renfu could persist and become a founding lieutenant general, it was not impossible, but unfortunately, "the hero is sad to be beautiful", and two months after his promotion to brigade commander, he became obsessed with a propagandist named Song Kuiling. In order to please the "beauty", he often entrusted people to Tianjin to buy high-end jewelry, and then took her everywhere to eat, drink and have fun, coveting pleasure, he also let the warriors build a special lounge for the two of them to live on a lake island, completely disregarding the feelings of his wife and 3 daughters.

In fact, the reason why Xing Renfu was able to maintain such a high amount of consumption was because of corruption. At such a time of crisis, Xing Renfu actually embezzled 37,000 yuan of public funds to make the "beauty" laugh, which was enough to buy more than 700,000 kilograms of rice at that time and support a unit to fight for several months. Soon, Xing Renfu's abnormal behavior was detected by Huang Hua, the deputy brigade commander in charge of military discipline rectification, which seriously affected Xing's interests, and Xing Renfu also regarded Huang Hua as a thorn in his eye and a thorn in his flesh, and he said bad things about Huang Hua in front of local cadres several times, in an attempt to cover up his crimes by destroying the latter's image.

In the spring of 1943, Xing Renfu was asked to study in Yan'an, and he thought that Huang Hua must have made a small report to his superiors, and he was afraid that he would be more fierce and less lucky, so he resigned on the grounds that the border area was busy with war. In June of the same year, Xing Renfu gathered his accomplices to kill Huang Hua in the name of a meeting, and then announced his rebellion. After leading his troops to defect to the Japanese army, Xing Renfu even wrote several confidential materials on the distribution of the eighth route army's military strength in order to show his loyalty. After investigation, japanese agents confirmed that his words were not false, and the Japanese North China Command subsequently appointed him as the commander of the six counties of Jinnan of the Japanese puppet army.

After becoming the commander of the puppet army, Xing Renfu seemed to be able to continue his luxurious life of spending days and drinking. In August 1945, Japan announced its unconditional surrender, and Xing Renfu took the initiative to change the court, became the commander of the Hebei security of the Nationalist government, and joined the Nationalist army to suppress the communists. During the war between the two armies, Xing Renfu, a great traitor, was captured by our soldiers, and the following year he was sentenced to death according to law at the 10,000-man congress and publicly executed by firing squad. Looking back on his life, this hot-blooded and upright young man has transformed into a dirty traitor in a few years, and has also killed countless former comrades-in-arms, which is really painful.
