The reason why no one can realize unmanned management is that after the collection of information such as license plate number and entry and exit time, it will be uploaded to the Shanghai parking information platform, and the whole process will be unmanned management. If the owner does not pay the parking fee in time, his parking arrears record will be synchronized to the city's road parking charging terminal.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Pudong New Area Construction and Communications Commission, since the scene cut into the official line of the city's road parking platform on July 25, 2021, the scene has been unattended, and the weekly receivable amount has risen by nearly 200%. At present, the management of parking spaces in the pilot road section has reached full-time coverage, which has improved the turnover rate and utilization rate of berths. The number of fully automatic driverless lines in Shanghai Metro has reached 5

On August 7, 2021, the Shanghai Lingang Huanhu 1st Road Smart Bus Project obtained the first intelligent networked commercial vehicle manned demonstration application license in Shanghai, achieving a breakthrough from "road test" to "demonstration operation".
According to the Shanghai Transportation Commission, a total of 5 enterprises and 109 intelligent networked vehicles in Shanghai have carried out normalized and large-scale manned demonstration applications in Jiading District, which means that in the designated area of Jiading, it is likely to hit a fully autonomous taxi or online ride-hailing car.
At present, the city has opened a total of 615 1289.83 kilometers of intelligent networked vehicle test roads, and the number of test road miles ranks first in the country. Among them, the opening of part of Lianggang Avenue in the Lingang New Area marks that Shanghai allows intelligent networked vehicles to carry out road testing activities on urban expressways. In the future, Shanghai will focus on exploring demonstration application business paths in 7 application scenarios such as intelligent leasing, intelligent bus, intelligent logistics, unmanned retail, unmanned distribution, sightseeing connection, and unmanned cleaning.
At the same time, the corresponding regulations are also gradually improving. From November 1 this year, the "Shanghai Intelligent Connected Vehicle Testing and Demonstration Implementation Measures" was officially implemented, and is valid until October 31, 2026. The Measures consist of 4 chapters and 32 articles, covering test and demonstration applications, testing and demonstration management requirements, and making provisions on road testing, demonstration application, demonstration operation, unmanned testing and demonstration, network and data security, and traffic accident handling of intelligent and connected vehicles.
