Although the Tiger Sport 660 is classified as the "Tiger" series, but the appearance of other Tiger models is very different, the Sport 660 does not adopt a bird's beak design, but adopts a more sporty new front layout, in short, it is like putting a sporty fairing on the Trident 660, from this shape it is not difficult to see that its positioning is a sports retreat model.
The Tiger Sport 660 takes into account both daily riding and long-distance travel, so it is equipped with an adjustable windshield, which is good in size and height, and does not need to be remodeled later.
The redesigned instrument is slightly different from the Trident 660, the size of the instrument is still very small, still divided into two display areas, the upper half is mainly the speed of the oil and other key information, blocking the most conspicuous position in the lower half. The My Triumph function is also available, in addition to a switchable traction control system and two riding modes.
The headlights part, the whole car is in the form of LED, the low light of the double headlights is lit separately, which is also in line with the design characteristics of European cars, and the turn signals of the LED also have an automatic shutdown function.
In terms of hardware, it is equipped with Showa 41mm SFF inverted fork with 150mm stroke, front Nissin dual-piston sliding calipers, and 310mm brake discs.

The power section, equipped with the same as the Trident 660, 660cc displacement in-line three-cylinder water-cooled engine, with a maximum power of 59.7 kW/10250 rpm and a maximum torque of 65 Nm/8000 rpm, equipped with electronic throttle and sliding clutch, optional quick train.
Compared to the street car version, the Tiger Sport 660 has a longer shock absorption stroke, and the swingarm has been extended, the wheelbase is 17 mm longer than the street car version, so as to obtain a more comfortable riding triangle, and the 835 mm seat height is also 30 mm higher than the street car (optionally 810 mm). In order to achieve a longer range, the fuel tank was increased from 14.4L to 17.2L for street cars, and various changes caused the overall weight of the Tiger Sport 660 to reach 206kg, which was 17kg heavier than the 189kg of the street car version.
