This recording was obtained using liquid nitrogen cooling and does not represent the effect that can be achieved in real-world use. But don't be discouraged, another overclocking enthusiast used ten quan memory and ASRock's Z690 Aqua OC motherboard to achieve a good result of nearly DDR5-8000 in an air-cooled state.
