Chichi released 32GB of DDR5-6600 CL34 ultra-low latency memory

With the launch of Intel's 12th-generation Alder Lake platform, consumer-grade DDR5 memory is still in its fairly early stages, typically starting at only the JEDEC standard 4800 MT/s. On the other hand, many players find that in addition to the bandwidth advantage, low-frequency DDR5 still has a large delay shortcoming over DDR4. The good news is that G.Skill, one of the manufacturers of high-performance memory, has just launched the DDR5-6600 desktop memory module with the ULTRA-low latency of the CL34.

For data center servers or productivity customers, the DDR5-4800 large capacity memory with nominal CL40 latency may be sufficient. But for gamers, the frequency and latency of memory are just as important.

The newly released 32GB DDR5-6600 desktop memory module (2×16GB package) features the ultra-low latency of the CL34.

The test bench was equipped with intel 12th generation Core i7-12700K desktop processors and the companion ASUS ROG Maximus Z690 Hero motherboard, with detailed memory timing parameters of DDR5-6600 @ CL34-40-40-105.
