Let's make a simple translation, it is nothing more than saying that you are too wide, too fat, and you especially like to eat, after you become this official, there are so many places under the sky, these places have our followers, and these believers will give us tribute, and these tributes can eat whatever you want.
On the surface, this official position looks very good, at least you can eat whatever you want, and the Eight Precepts of the Pig itself are also very fond of eating.
But be aware that there is a turning point in between.
That is, after the Eight Precepts of the Pig and the others came to the Spirit Mountain, they ate the first formal working meal, and after eating that meal, the Eight Precepts of the Pig had already changed, and the demand for food was far less than that.
To put it bluntly, before becoming a Buddha, the Eight Precepts of the Pig may still be very hungry and want to eat everything.
But after becoming the messenger of the pure altar, the Eight Precepts of the Pig have let go of earthly obsessions, and may not have so much attraction for some things that are particularly fond of eating.
Therefore, this pure altar messenger asked the pig to eat the eight precepts to eat tribute, which was not as cool as we thought.
What is more important is that if you want to be a messenger of the altar of purity, if you want to eat these things well, often where someone has sacrificed, the eight precepts of the pig must go to which place, where is to eat tribute, this is simply not to ask for food?
It's just that when the Buddha said this, it seems to have pasted a golden edge, giving the eight precepts of the pig a little face, and the eight precepts of the pig can only go down the steps.
Point 3: Even if the Eight Precepts of the Pig are not the messengers of the altar of purification, don't they still eat whatever they want?
It should be noted that the Eight Precepts of the Pig were only reduced to mortals by the Jade Emperor, and only changed into the appearance of a pig, and there was no legal constraint restricting the Eight Precepts of the Pig.

So although this title sounds very open, it is not fully attractive to the Eight Precepts of the Pig.
The main reason is that whether this title has or is not irrelevant at all, and the impact on the Eight Precepts of the Pig is not so great.
Could it be that I would not be able to eat offerings without the title of Messenger of the Pure Altar? What about the other Buddhas, the other gods and immortals who don't eat offerings?
It's unlikely that everyone has a tribute, but I can eat more with this title, but this more seems to be less needed.
Point 4: When you have seen the scenery, it is difficult to return to the plain

Why is it that some palace women in ancient times, as long as they go out of the palace door, are generally older leftover women, and it is difficult for them to find objects, why?
Logically, it should not be, because most of these palace women have been strictly restrained and educated, and have very good etiquette and form, and if these palace women cannot find an object, it is simply intolerable.
But the problem is strange here, those palace women not only can not find a partner and it is easy to end up alone, the main reason is that these palace women have a very high self-esteem, think that they have been in the palace for a period of time, so ordinary men are not worthy of them.
And all the men who have some ability also look down on them, because when they walk out of the palace, they are already very old, belonging to the grade of the older leftover women.
This is just a small analogy, we apply this analogy to the eight precepts of the pig, it is not difficult to find that the same applies to the eight precepts of the pig, what does it mean?
