Tianyan's investigation shows that the Zhongwei gas station in Yushu City is a sole proprietorship enterprise with a registered capital of 500,000 yuan.
It is worth noting that there are not a few gas stations in the country under the name of "Zhongwei Oil". According to the judgment document network, a company called Haicheng Zhongwei Petroleum Sales Co., Ltd. was sued by China National Petroleum Corporation for trademark rights disputes. In the end, the Intermediate People's Court of Dandong City, Liaoning Province, ruled in the first instance that the defendant Haicheng Zhongwei Petroleum Sales Co., Ltd. immediately stopped infringing the exclusive right to use the three registered trademarks of PetroChina, and compensated the plaintiff for economic losses and other expenses totaling more than 160,000 yuan.
In the face of media questions, a Zhongwei Petroleum gas station responded that it has nothing to do with PetroChina, and all business licenses and procedures are legal, and said that "we look right"!
