According to local media reports in Chengdu, Ms. Zheng purchased a Tesla Model 3 in January 2021. On April 27 this year, Ms. Zheng found that there were some problems with the car, and the sound on the car repeatedly appeared several times when the volume suddenly turned to the maximum, and then suddenly became larger after being adjusted. At 9 p.m. that day, Ms. Zheng took her daughter home, and the vehicle automatically started an APP in the car machine system to play voice, and then the air conditioning panel began to automatically switch repeatedly, and the APP also automatically switched other voice stories. After Ms. Zheng returned to the community, she restarted the vehicle according to the suggestions given by the customer service. But then there was a sound of "I died so wrong" from the stereo, which frightened her to quickly turn off the car and leave with her daughter.

It turned out that the words that made the female car owner frightened came from an audio novel played by an APP in the car machine system. On the 28th, Tesla customer service told Ms. Zheng that it may be that her car screen is malfunctioning, because the background detected that the screen had a large number of clicks in a short period of time, and at about 9 p.m. on the 27th, its car APP played an audio called "Evil Heart". The phrase "I died so wronged" came from that audio.

On the 28th, Ms. Zheng drove the car to the Tesla 4S store for inspection, and found that it was indeed the vehicle's central control display touch screen that was faulty, and the store replaced the new screen for Ms. Zheng.
