Today I want to discuss the hero of the Three Kingdoms era - Lü Bu.
Speaking of Lü Bu, even those who are not familiar with the Romance of the Three Kingdoms will know the relationship between him and Dong Zhuo and Sable Cicada. Anyone who has played the computer game Romance of the Three Kingdoms will know that his Force 100 is unquestionable.

If you are familiar with the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, you will think that he is a military general whose intelligence is far inferior to that of force. Lü Bu's fiercest battle should be the "Three British Battles Lü Bu". First Zhang Fei fought with Lü Bu for 50 rounds, then Guan Yu joined the battle, the three played another 30 rounds, and finally Liu Bei joined the battle.
"Romance of the Three Kingdoms" for Guan Yu, Zhang Fei's description of the force is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei, who are known for their strength, join forces, Lü Bu alone can fight a draw, his such a record can definitely be called the god of war, I think no one can doubt this, this is also well known.
But there is no conclusion about Lü Bu's appearance, is he a type man or a handsome man? Is it heroic, or is it robust? Let's start with the question of his appearance.
Many historical sources infer that Lü Bu was a beautiful man of mixed race, possibly of mixed ethnicity in Central Asia.
When the "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" appeared, through Li Ru's eyes, Lü Bu's description was "seeing a person behind Ding Yuan, born with Yu Xuanang, a majestic style, holding a Fang Tian painting halberd in his hand, and looking at him angrily." ”
After Dong Zhuo and Ding Yuan's two armies fought, Dong Zhuo said: "I see Lü Bu is also very human. If I have this man, why worry about the world! ”
Just let Dong Zhuo, the enemy, very much want to know Lü Bu.
Zhang Fei once called Lü Bu a "three-surnamed family slave", which means that his original surname was "Lü", and when he served under Ding Yuan's command, he recognized Ding Yuan as a dry father; when he surrendered to Dong Zhuo's banner, he recognized Dong Zhuo as a dry father.
The claim of three family slaves will make everyone think that Lü Bu's loyalty is not high.
However, if a person with low loyalty stays by his side, Ding Yuan and Dong Zhuo are the lessons of the past, then why is cao Cao, who is so shrewd, also want to capture Lü Bu at the first time and also want to surrender Lü Bu?
The cloth is called: "The ming gong is afflicted, but it is not too much than the cloth; the cloth is now served." The public is a general, the cloth is subordinate, and the world is not difficult to determine. ”
Fu recalled Xuan Deyue: "How? ”
Xuan De replied, "Don't you see Ding Jianyang and Dong Zhuo?" ”
Cao Cao asked Liu Bei's opinion, which meant that Cao Cao had been impressed by Lü Bu's remarks. Is it all out of love? I think that's one of them too.
But looks are certainly another key. In ancient times, in addition to your personal knowledge, it also depends on your appearance, if you are too sorry, even if you are a rich five cars, you may still not be able to become an official. This can be referred to the encounter of Pang Tong, pang Tong and Zhuge Liang are equally famous, known as the Wolong Phoenix Chick can get the world alone. But even if Pang Tong is so famous, he is also coldly treated because of the problem of appearance.
Like Guan Yu, most of the reasons why he will be praised to the heavens are also because of his appearance, not his personality.
Therefore, Lü Bu can make the three careerists express their desire to accept him under his command, which shows how attractive Lü Bu is!
In addition, let's talk about Lü Bu's wisdom.
We all like the all-round warriors of literature and martial arts, and from ancient times to the present, there are usually very few who can have both. In the whole "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", we only see Lü Bu's bravery and good fighting, and never see his plan...
Since Lü Bu killed Dong Zhuo and was driven out of Chang'an by Li Yu and others, the only famous strategist under Lü Bu's command was Chen Gong.
Even when Lü Bu was captured by Cao Cao, Chen Gong said to Cao Cao: "Although Bu has no plot, it is not like you are deceitful and treacherous. "Hate this man for not following my words!" If you follow my word, you may not be captured. ”
It seems that Lü Bu should be a military general whose strength is far greater than his intelligence. Lü Bu cannot be found in the entire "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", using clues of scheming.
Is Lü Bu really brave and resourceful?
I would like to make two reasonable speculations from other plots.
The first reasonable speculation I would like to cite is that even Zhang Liao, who became famous later, was only a young general in Lü Bu's camp at the beginning. The so-called strong general has no weak soldiers under him, and when he pushes back, the courage of the soldiers represents the courage of the generals, and such a statement should be reasonable.
From ancient times to the present, there are few natural warriors, because the battlefield is changing rapidly, and the information that military generals must grasp is different from other ranks.
Therefore, martial arts must be cultivated step by step.
The study of basic physical fitness, martial arts and martial arts is only the first step.
After that, it is on the battlefield, learning in each battle, and the key is to learn how to win the victory and how to learn the art of how to escape after defeat.
In addition to the talent, the cultivation of a famous warrior must also have the above learning.
The reason why the warrior is famous must have his unique cultivation method, and the training method he adopted after becoming a leader must also be closely related to the process of his cultivation.
Later, Zhang Liao was used by Cao Cao and became Cao Wei's premier warrior, perhaps Zhang Liao's own personal characteristics were related, but Zhang Liao initially studied under Lü Bu, and this growth process cannot be erased.
Can Zhang Liao's achievements indirectly prove Lü Bu's wenwu? It may not be enough.
I would like to cite the second reasonable speculation as to the origin of the phrase "Lü Bu among men, red rabbit among horses"
The phrase "Lü Bu among men, red rabbit among horses" should be interpreted as follows: If you want to talk about people, take Lü Bu as a representative, and if you comment on horses, you will take the red rabbit horse as your representative.
This sentence is a commentary by the famous historian Pei Songzhi. In the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the description of the Red Rabbit Horse is in the 3rd time, when Li Su takes the Red Rabbit Horse to bribe Lü Bu:
There is a good horse, traveling thousands of miles a day, crossing the water to climb the mountain, such as walking on the ground, known as the red rabbit.
Sure enough, the horse was as red as charcoal, without half a hair; from the beginning to the end, it was one foot long; from the hoof to the neck, it was eight feet high; it roared and roared, and it was like taking off into the sea.
Later generations have a poem Single Road Red Rabbit Horse Yue: "Rushing thousands of miles to sweep the dust, crossing the water to climb the mountain purple fog." Breaking the reins of the silk and shaking the jade, the fire dragon flew down for nine days. ”
On the 25th time, when Cao Cao gave the Red Rabbit Horse to Guan Yu, the horse was as majestic as charcoal.
If this is only a matter of appearance, the red rabbit horse is definitely not a representative of "gold and jade outside, defeated in it". The Red Rabbit Horse is not only good-looking, but also very good at running.
From this point of view, Lü Bu's position in the horse world is relative to Lü Bu's position in the human world. In addition to being good-looking, Lü Bu must have his superiority.
In addition to the above inferences, there should be others.
If Lü Bu had no wisdom, would you believe that a military general with less than 30 intelligence, almost dementia, recklessness and high force would be named "Lü Bu among men" by the people of that time?
In addition, according to historical data, after killing Dong Zhuo, Lü Bu also co-led the imperial government with Situ Wang Yun for two months. A complex and huge state apparatus is not something you say you want to control!
However, this part is only brought over in less than one time in the interpretation, which shows that Lü Bu has no function at all. Although this history has been covered up, in literature, it is a proof that "Lü Bu among men and red rabbit among horses" has also been handed down.
Lü Bu can be said to be a negative example of "feudal loyalty to the monarchy", because Lü Bu did not meet the needs of feudal society, so yanyi had a lot of smear on him, especially in terms of intelligence.
Why discredit Lü Bu intellectually? If only Lü Bu's capriciousness is told, the reader will still be fascinated by his might, so that Lü Bu's infidelity may be accepted, and based on this, Yanyi successfully connects the "fool" with Lü Bu. Yanyi successfully spread the "idea of loyalty" to everyone's heart. As for Lü Bu, who inexplicably became a fool, he could only say sorry to him, who told him that the rebellion had failed?
Isn't Liu Bang, the founding emperor of the Han Dynasty, also a capricious villain?
Therefore, Lü Bushuai is certain, and should also be a beautiful man with all-round talents in literature and martial arts. What do you think?
