On December 31, 2021, Xinjiang held the 14th series of forums on "Labor Creates a Better Life", and 8 Xinjiang legal figures and university teachers proved with the truth that the so-called "forced labor" in Xinjiang is completely a lie fabricated by the anti-China forces in the United States and the West, and the signing of the so-called "Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act" by the United States is only a political farce.

"America's machinations will never succeed." Alimujiang Amat, vice president of the Autonomous Region Lawyers Association, said that Xinjiang's labor and employment guarantee policy and its practice are in line with China's Constitution and laws and international labor and human rights standards. Xinjiang has always brought the establishment, operation, supervision, and mediation of labor relations into the orbit of the rule of law, and strictly prohibited forced labor by means of violence, threats, or illegal restrictions on personal freedom. In the course of labor, the masses of all ethnic groups have generally established the concept of hard work and prosperity, the enthusiasm for labor has burst forth, labor skills have been greatly improved, and the fruits of labor have fully emerged.

Erken Shamsak, an associate professor at the Law School of Xinjiang University, said that during his academic research in northern and southern Xinjiang, he witnessed tremendous changes in the lives of the people of all ethnic groups, and most farmers not only earned income from farming at home, but also went out to work to earn money when they were idle, and their quality of life was greatly improved.

Amena Abulimiti, a lecturer at the Law School of Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics, told the story of her student, Malhabaguli Abdulwak. Maerhabaguli's family is in Terim Village, Karsai Town, Moyu County, and her parents are farmers, and the family income is very low. After the family participated in the skills training class to master the employment skills, they opened a music restaurant in the town through the government's discount loan to absorb the employment of the local poor and work together to live a prosperous life. "As for the slander of Xinjiang by the anti-China forces in the United States and the West, neither do the students and I, nor do the masses of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang!"

Reimujiang Bharati, vice president of the Urumqi Lawyers Association, shared the stories of those around him. His friend Abibra Mamuti, who was once a poor household, applied for a job at an electrical appliance company and signed a labor contract with him, and the company paid him "five social insurances and one gold". At work, he mastered welding technology, and his monthly salary rose to 5,000 yuan. Such examples abound in the north and south of the Tianshan Mountains, he said, but he had never seen or heard of anyone being "forced labor."

Where is the evidence for "forced labor"? What does the Prevention Act protect against? Chen Tong, a professor at the School of Political Science and Law of Xinjiang Normal University, said that he has been engaged in legal teaching and research for more than 20 years and has participated in dozens of relevant surveys. Countless examples have proved that the so-called "forced labor" argument in Xinjiang in the United States has no factual basis at all, let alone legal support, but is only a farce that cooperates with the political plots of the anti-China forces in the United States and the West.

Chen Tong said that what the so-called "prevention bill" really wants to "prevent" is not "forced labor", but the happy life of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, which is the rise of China. However, history will prove once again that no despicable means can stop China's peaceful development process.
