After Shenbo was awarded the national first-class museum in December 2012, Shenbo also accepted two operational evaluations from the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. Originally having the opportunity to work in Beijing, in 2008, he accidentally learned that Shenbo was recruiting museum professionals in Beijing universities, and submitted his resume for the first time, "That year, Shenbo had three interview points in Beijing, Peking University, Renmin University and Beijing Normal University. Liu Jianbo said, "I went to Beijing Normal University, and during the interview, the interviewer found that I was not from Beijing Normal University, and I was immediately nervous, and my voice increased by a few tens of decibels." Later, a colleague who was interviewed and admitted at the same time reflected that my voice was loud, and I told him that it was not that I had a loud voice, but that I was super nervous at the time. "At that time, we admitted a total of 7 people, of which only I was from the Central University for Nationalities, and the others were Peking University, Renmin University, and Beijing Normal University." On March 5, 2008, Liu Jianbo boarded a train to Shenzhen and set foot on the hot land of Shenzhen for the first time. The dormitories in the museum are particularly well arranged, and when you come to check in with a bag, the small wooden beds, wardrobes, and quilts are properly arranged. Liu Jianbo said.

"Our group of people was recruited because of the opening of the new museum in 2008, and some colleagues immediately threw themselves into the construction of the new museum in March, and did not return to the school until the defense of the graduation thesis." Liu Jianbo said. The opening time of the new museum is tight and the task is heavy.
