Chen Hongtao, Chief Financial Officer of China Guardian, introduced the forms of art finance at home and abroad, the practice of China Guardian in art finance, and made suggestions on how government departments can support the development of art finance.
Jin Ruiguo, deputy director of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, affirmed the positive contributions made by the China Auction Association in promoting the development of the cultural relics market, the optimization of tax policies, and the revision of the Cultural Relics Protection Law over the years.
