1: Stir-fry walnuts over low heat
2: Steam the red dates, peel them and press them into date paste, mix maltose and stir-fry in a non-stick pan over low heat.
3: Mix maltose and date paste evenly and add corn oil to mix well
4: Mix the starch into a thin paste with water and pour it into the date puree for medium heat and stir-fry
5: Sauté until the date paste is in the dough
6: Pour in the walnut kernels and mix well
7. Put it on oil paper and let it cool
8. Cut into pieces and save

The amount of jujube puree walnuts and maltose does not necessarily have to be given according to the recipe, but can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
