Desperate with Emperor Taiji? Judging from the situation at that time, if desperately, Dorgon had no chance of winning, and the result of Dorgon's failure in the end was to be cut down by "rebellion". Dorgon was just a teenager at the time, facing such a blow, being stripped of the throne, forcing his mother to die, under such an extreme blow, Dorgon still made the most correct choice, he chose to be patient, chose to lie dormant, and chose to serve under the hands of Emperor Taiji.
Forcing a smile in front of his mother-killer every day, and even occasionally slapping his ass a few times, such an act was ridiculed from the bottom of his heart by the princes who knew the inside story, and Dolgun was a waste.
Under such circumstances, Dorgon gradually grew up in the battlefield, and The Emperor Taiji gradually began to have a little trust in him, but the biggest reason was that there was no reason to execute Dorgon, because Dorgon did not leak. Until the Emperor Taiji died violently, Dorgon ushered in a turnaround.
The struggle for the throne was mainly between two people, one was Hauge, the eldest son of Emperor Taiji, and the other was Dolgun, who was highly prestigious in the military. Dorgon did not establish himself as emperor, but welcomed the Shunzhi Emperor into the customs and became the emperor of the new Qing Dynasty. Dorgon became a vassal.
Dorgon oppresses Shunzhi

Although Dorgon never established himself as emperor, he despised Shunzhi very much, because Shunzhi's throne was given to him by him, and it should have been his throne. Shunzhi's father, Emperor Taiji, was also an unforgivable person to Dorgon, and Dorgon had every reason to despise Shunzhi.
With the consolidation of Dorgon's position, he showed his love for Xiaozhuang, which can be seen from his entry and exit from Xiaozhuang's residence, except for the emperor, a man entering the harem, it is inevitable to cause criticism. Moreover, in terms of title, he asked Shunzhi to name him "Emperor Father Regent", which is not typical of taking advantage of Shunzhi, or even taking advantage of Xiaozhuang, as to whether Xiaozhuang marries Dorgon, this is inconclusive, but there is an ambiguous relationship, I am afraid that the possibility is extremely high.
In summary, whether it was the suppression of power or the offense against Shunzhi's mother Xiaozhuang, Shunzhi could not accept it when he grew up. But Shunzhi had no choice, after all, Dorgon was powerful, after Dorgon's death, all this ushered in a turnaround, Shunzhi naturally vented his years of bitterness in his heart when he was foolproof.
