The most miserable iron hat king of the Qing Dynasty was almost thrown away by the emperor Taiji, and his wife sacrificed her life to bury him

"On the day of the founding of the country, yu clan sandwich auxiliary funds." For a while, he supported the king's business, and the four seas set piji. Yi De Shu Jin Kui, Jia Cheng Dian Yu Wei. Silver and heaven are far apart, and the Hundred Worlds are branched. ”

In the war of the founding of the Qing Dynasty, Yue Tuo was one that could not be ignored, he lost his mother at an early age, his father and stepmother treated him harshly, and he was raised by the grand concubine Menggu in the palace, and formed a deep uncle-nephew friendship with his uncle Emperor Taiji. After Taizu's death, he persuaded his father to support Emperor Taiji to succeed to the throne, and made outstanding contributions to the stability of the Later Jin regime and the establishment of the Qing Dynasty, however, Yue Tuo accidentally got involved in the internal turmoil of the imperial family and almost lost his reputation, but in the end he was selected as one of the eight iron hat kings in the early Qing Dynasty and became the first generation of Keqin County.

1. Unfortunate early life

Yue Tuo was the grandson of Nurhaci, the eldest son of Nurhaci's second son, Daishan, and his mother was Daishan's concubine Fujin Li Jiashi. When Yue Tuo was young, his mother Li Jiashi unfortunately died early, and his father Daishan and stepmother Yehenara treated him very harshly, so Nurhaci took this grandson into the palace and ordered the concubine Meng Guzhezhe (the mother of Emperor Taiji) to be raised with Emperor Taiji.

In the fifth year of the Mandate of Heaven (1620), after the Jin Dynasty moved from jiefan city to the Sal protectorate, Nurhaci delineated the area of residence for many of his sons and nephews, and Daishan saw that the mansion of his eldest son Yue Tuo was better than his own, and wanted to occupy Yue Tuo's homestead. Shortly thereafter, Yue Tuo's younger brother Shuo Tuo (Dai Shan's second son) disappeared for no reason, and people suspected that he had defected to the Ming Dynasty, but when Shuo Tuo was found and he himself clearly had no intention of defecting, Dai Shan still requested to be beheaded the son, but Nurhaci refused.

After some investigation, it turned out that the two sons of Yue Tuo and Shuo Tuo were very bad, and they favored the younger son born to their stepwife, which led to the disappearance of Shuo Tuo. After finding out the truth, Nurhaci was very angry, because Nurhaci was originally the eldest son of Takshi, his mother died early, and his father Tukshi was instigated by his stepmother's sister, and he and his brother Shulhazi were very mean, so Nurhaci understood the mood of his grandson Yueto and Shuotuo very well, so he said to Daishan:

"You're also the son of your ex-wife, so why not think I'm not closer to you?" How did you get fooled by your stepwife and abuse your grown son? Besides, I have always been a well-chosen people who have been specially selected to let you take charge, so why can't you give the excellent people to Yue Tuo and Shuo Tuo like me? ”

In this year, there was also the Incident of the Great Concubine, Nurhaci's concubine Deinze accused the Grand Concubine Abhay and the Great Belle Daishan of having an affair, and after the investigation was true, Nurhaci abandoned Abbahai, and also announced the deposing of Daishan's position as the crown prince, and ordered Daishan to separate from his sons Yue Tuo and Shuo Tuo, and the red flags in the two red flags were controlled by the brothers Yue Tuo and Shuo Tuo.

2. Embrace Tiancong Khan

In fact, in nurhaci's war against the Ming army and the Zarut army in his later years, Yue Tuo performed well and was affirmed by his grandfather Nurhaci. After Nurhaci's death, Yue Tuo was given the weight of his uncle Emperor Taiji for his meritorious service.

After Nurhaci's death, the four Baylors were the most competitive for the Khan's position, of which the most competitive were the Great Belle Daishan and the Four Baylor Emperor Taiji. However, at this critical moment, who expected Yue Tuo and his third brother Saharan to persuade his father Dai Shan to support Emperor Taiji to succeed to the Khan's throne, Dai Shan saw that even his own son did not support him, and what chances could he win, so he jointly elected Emperor Taiji to inherit the Khan's throne and changed his era name to Tiancong.

Because of his meritorious service, Yue Tuo received the weight of his uncle Emperor Taiji, and Yue Tuo also constantly displayed his military talent on the battlefield, and successively made great contributions in the war between the conquest of Zarut and Korea, and was promoted to the title of Baylor. Subsequently, Yue Tuo participated in the Later Jin war against the Ming Dynasty, performed well on the Ningjin front, and won the affirmation of Emperor Taiji, who set up six departments in the fifth year of Tiancong, and ordered Yue Tuo to take charge of the military department.

In April of the first year of Chongde's reign, Emperor Taiji proclaimed himself emperor in Shengjing and established the Great Qing Dynasty, and Yue Tuo was named the Prince of Heshuocheng for his military merits, becoming one of the six princes of Heshuo alongside Daishan the Prince of Li, Zilharang the Prince of Zheng, Dolgun the Prince of Rui, Duoduo the Prince of Yu, and Duoduo the Prince of Su.

Among the six princes of Heshuo, only Yue Tuo and Hauge belong to the third generation, which shows that these two are the leaders of the third generation of the Aisin Kyora family. But at the same time, the two young and promising princes of Pegatron encountered an unprecedented crisis.

3. Prince Heshuo, who has gradually lost the favor of the emperor

Some people may wonder why Yue Tuo and Hauge, one is the eldest son of Prince Daishan of Li, and the other is the eldest son of Emperor Taiji of the Qing Dynasty, and he has made great achievements in battle, why did he encounter a crisis?

Because the two of them have a common mother-in-law, this mother-in-law is no one else, it is their aunt Mang Guji. Mangguji was the third daughter of Nurhaci, who was first married by Nurhaci to Wuergu, the leader of the Hada tribe, and later to Sonomduling, the leader of the Ao Han tribe, by his younger brother Emperor Taiji.

In fact, Huang Taiji and his sister Mang Guji did not have any grudges, but don't forget that this Mang Guji is Mang Guertai's younger sister, previously, Mang Guertai who exposed his blade in front of the Imperial Family has been liquidated by Huang Taiji, and Mang Guji, who is Mang Guertai's younger sister, is naturally the next target of Huang Taiji.

Around the first year of Chongde's reign, Mang Guji was executed by his younger brother Emperor Taiji because of the family slave Leng Monk's accusation that Mang Guji had conspired against his brothers Mang Guertai and Dege. In fact, the purpose of Huang Taiji was to strengthen the centralization of power and thoroughly realize his goal of arbitrariness by eliminating Mang Gultai's party. However, Yue Tuo and Hauge did not see the situation clearly, and showed sympathy for their aunt and mother-in-law Mang Guji, so the cousins of Yue Tuo Hauge were immediately demoted to Baylor by Emperor Taiji and dismissed from the relevant subordinate positions.

Seeing that his father had attacked, Hauge reacted very quickly, and when he returned home, without saying a word, he killed his wife Hadanara (Mangguji's younger daughter). However, in the face of his wife who had lived for more than ten years, Yue Tuo did not have a hand, so what we saw was that it was not long before Hauge was reinstated and his title was restored, and although Yue Tuo regained control of the military department and conquered Korea, his status was already much worse than before.

4. The king of Keqin County, who died young

In the third year of Chongde (1638), Emperor Taiji restored Yue Tuo's title of Baylor, and in August he was appointed as the General of Yangwei, commanding the right wing army, and the left wing army led by Prince Dolgun of Rui entered Guannei, lianke more than sixty cities, plundered countless people, property and livestock, Yue Tuo entered Shandong, conquered Jinan, but unfortunately fell ill with smallpox and died.

In the fourth year of Chongde (1639), Dolgun led an expeditionary army back to Shengjing, but when reporting on the battle results, there was no name of Yue Tuo, very surprised, asked to learn that Yue Tuo died of illness in Jinan, the emperor Taiji was very sad about this, quit the dynasty for three days, and ordered Yue Tuo to be posthumously crowned as the king of Keqin County.

Yue Tuo's successor Fujin Hadanara clan (Mangguji's eldest daughter), learned that her husband died of illness, all thoughts were gray, before she had been banned from the dark room because of her mother Mang Guji, not allowed to meet with her husband Yue Tuo, and now that her husband is dead, her only hope is gone, so Hadanara clan committed suicide to bury her husband Yue Tuo.

However, less than two months after Yue Tuo's death, the original subordinate Mongol Alan Chai accused Yue Tuo of conspiring against him, saying that Yue Tuo had given Mangguji's second husband, Sonom Duling, a knife and two bows, and Sonomu Duling gave Yue Tuo a horse in return, and Yue Tuo had also talked with Sonomu Duling for a long time in the secret room.

After the incident was exposed, Zilharang, Dolgun, and even Yue Tuo's father, Daishan, advocated "punishing according to the law, abandoning the bones, and killing his son." However, Yue Tuo had passed away, and Huang Taiji did not pursue responsibility, but also because he and Yue Tuo were looked up to by their mothers together.

In the first month of the forty-third year of Qianlong, in memory of Yue Tuo's meritorious service, Qianlong ordered his tablet to be entered into the Taimiao Temple and merged into the Ancestral Hall of king Shengjingxian, who was designated as one of the eight iron hat kings, and gave a poem to commemorate this hero: "Chen Kaiguo Policy is in line with the hearts of the saints." Many people are in the crowd, and Dujia is slightly heavy. Jia Cheng stayed in his hometown and sent a new memorial to him. Zhangshan's perception, Iyo's meaning is deep. ”

Zichen said:

Yue Tuo, the king of Keqin County, was indeed the best member of the third generation of the Aixin Jueluo family, and he and Prince Hauge of Su made great achievements for the founding of the Qing Dynasty, and his position should be among the eight iron hat kings.

However, this general, who has a deep sense of strategy on the battlefield and is outstanding, is slightly inferior in politics, his temperament is too straight, he does not know how to be flexible, and of course, he has too deep affection for his wife, which has become a fatal flaw in the political arena, just like Hauge's indecisiveness and weakness.
