The Qing Dynasty existed in the history of the mainland for nearly 300 years, passing on a total of 12 emperors. But only 4 emperors have really held imperial weddings, they are Shunzhi, Kangxi, Tongzhi, Guangxu, these emperors were relatively young when they ascended the throne, they were not yet married, so they held an extremely grand imperial wedding.
Among them, Kangxi's wedding was the most solemn and highest standard wedding in the history of the Qing Dynasty, why it is said, there are several reasons
First point
It was a royal wedding. Of the 12 emperors of the Qing Dynasty, only 4 married after becoming emperors. They were Shunzhi, Kangxi, Tongzhi, and Guangxu (the Qing Dynasty had already perished when the last emperor Puyi was married). In the Qing Dynasty, only these four people held the highest standard royal weddings.
Second point
Of these four, when Shunzhi, Tongzhi, and Guangxu were married, the "imperial father" or empress dowager controlled the imperial government. After the emperor marries, he will face his own personal pro-government. This is something that the emperor's father or empress dowager does not want to see. After Kangxi got married, Empress Xiaozhuang wanted Kangxi to take over the government as soon as possible, so she made a lot of articles at the wedding.

The political environment during the Kangxi period was relatively stable and the conditions permitted, which was unmatched by the other three emperors. In addition, Kangxi's political dependence on the Empress family (the Sony family) was unmatched by the other three emperors. Because if Kangxi did not marry the Hesheri clan, Ao bai would have no one to restrain him, and the consequences would be unimaginable.

On September 8 of the fourth year of the Kangxi Dynasty, the world was at peace, and Kangxi's wedding was held as scheduled. Therefore, the emperor was absolutely not allowed to have one night of sexual relations with some concubines. It is said that this was to prevent concubines from assassinating the emperor. However, there is only one exception, that is, when the emperor and the empress are married, the empress can not only have a "dignified" bedchamber, but also will not be urged to leave by the eunuch afterwards. Despite this, an embarrassing thing happened to Kangxi.
On September 8 of the fourth year of the Kangxi Dynasty, Kangxi and the Herschel clan held a wedding. Although they were politically married, they were very close. They slept together for three consecutive days. On the fourth day, Empress Xiaozhuang hurriedly sent eunuchs to deliver messages so that Kangxi could no longer sleep with the empress on the fourth day.
