The exhibition is hosted by ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area Development and Construction Management Committee and China Academy of Art, organized by the School of Sculpture and Public Art of China Academy of Art and Hangzhou Bay New District Bureau of Ningbo Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, executed by Hangzhou Hanyang Culture and Art Planning Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Shengyuan Culture and Art Planning Co., Ltd., and curated by Shen Lieyi, founder and project leader of Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area International Public Art Invitation Exhibition.
