Recently, the opening ceremony and seminar of "Dream Without Boundaries - The Third International Public Art Invitation Exhibition in Hangzhou Bay New Area, Ningbo" was held in the form of online live broadcast at the China International Design Museum of the China Academy of Art.
The exhibition takes the construction and development of "industrial dream, innovation dream, city dream, cultural dream and quality dream" as the main line of the new district, presents the international construction method of the prosperous town of public art, and invites 18 artists with international influence and academic status to participate in the creation and display of public art in Hangzhou Bay New Area, aiming to let public art intervene in the city with a vivid appearance, and the aesthetic atmosphere it creates will become an indispensable part of Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area, so that art and the city, At the same time, the vitality of culture and economy is intrinsically driven, with a view to creating a "famous city" with high-end academic standards and diversified development, and creating a cultural business card of an international coastal city.

The exhibition is hosted by ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area Development and Construction Management Committee and China Academy of Art, organized by the School of Sculpture and Public Art of China Academy of Art and Hangzhou Bay New District Bureau of Ningbo Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, executed by Hangzhou Hanyang Culture and Art Planning Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Shengyuan Culture and Art Planning Co., Ltd., and curated by Shen Lieyi, founder and project leader of Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area International Public Art Invitation Exhibition. The opening ceremony was presided over by Feng Limin, founder of Hanyang Art Center and coordinator of this exhibition.
