Kong Lingwei, "YueGu: Ancient Artifacts and Their Pictorial Expressions in the History of Chinese Art"
Yuegu focuses on the pictorial expression of antiquities, including the three basic forms of engraving, hand-painting and transmission, and explores the historical sense, historical knowledge and symbolic meaning generated by antiquities appreciation, as well as the significance and value of the study of antiquities and related images. From the three perspectives of application, research and appreciation, the book reorganizes the relevant images of ancient artifacts and the corresponding "Renaissance" in the history of Chinese art and culture.
The book is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter discusses the conceptual changes related to antiquities; the second chapter discusses the "application" and "practicality" of antiquities through the special antiquities images of litu; the third chapter discusses the research and bibliography of antiquities by Confucian scholars and antiquologists; the fourth chapter discusses the antiquities images in art history from an aesthetic point of view, and the types of special subjects involved in such images; the fifth chapter, through the lifestyle of the Jiangnan literati, explores the relationship between historical sense and aesthetic sense; and the sixth chapter introduces the rubbings of antiquities and the rubbings of antiquarians The core of "Takuben Bogutu" is still a sense of history and beauty; the seventh chapter explores the authenticity of antiquities photography through the prohibition of the old collection of duanfang.

Zhou Shiyan and Wang Jiahao, The Bauhaus Paradox: The Tipping Point of Avant-Garde
The Bauhaus Paradox: The Tipping Point of Avant-Garde Is the third publication of the Revisiting the Bauhaus Series and an important contemporary achievement of Chinese scholars in the field of Bauhaus studies. This monograph examines the overall context of the Bauhaus movement, based on first-hand historical documents and based on the critical vision of intellectual history, to argue how this movement, which took place in a critical transition period of world history, strives to reconstruct the experience of modern life at the perceptual level, how to construct a new world in practice, how to foresee a new society in the contradictory movement of material and spiritual, and how to transform the form of practice into the form of thought.
The main body of the book consists of three parts, closely depicting several important moments in the history of the Bauhaus and its key figures: first, "Art and Society" focuses on the transition period of the core ideas of the Bauhaus; second, the "Battle of Modernity" focuses on the two conflicting paths of the technological potential within the Bauhaus and the liberation of the subject; third, "The Dual Politics of the Bauhaus" focuses on the handover process of the two social visions and organizational models of the Bauhaus. The spiritual leads that run through them are the antagonistic compositions of three groups that still play a continuous role in the current field of creation: the private self and the grand duke, the enterprising and the turning, the defense and the construction. As the ultimate gathering point of the avant-garde of the same period, the Bauhaus fully felt the resonance of the times, and the various conflicts it never calmed down allowed the multiple contradictions of the modernist plan to be fully displayed, and in this sense, it also marked the critical point of the aesthetic avant-garde movement. In this regard, the author's long volume of historical illustrations at the end of the article provides a comprehensive and intuitive sketch, which constructs the changing social situations and complex force fields as a base map, and chooses to outline the basic outline of the "Fourteen Years of the Bauhaus", which not only presents the tension changes of many internal events, but also presents the changing relationship between the Bauhaus and other artistic avant-gardes, and the responses of these changes to many major events of the entire era.
Han Xi, "The Road to the Development of Modern Glass Art"
"The Road to the Development of Modern Glass Art" is based on the results of the National Social Science Foundation Art Project "Research on the Discipline Construction and Development of Modern Glass Art" presided over by the author himself. From the historical dimension and from a new research perspective, the book re-sorts out the occurrence and development of glass art, so that readers can clearly understand its academic context and derivation status, and is the first theoretical monograph in China that truly discusses modern and contemporary glass art.
The book consists of three chapters, mainly focusing on the dimensional definition of the academic concept of glass art, the key nodes of the evolution of glass art, the "three characteristics" of the development of modern glass art (discontinuity, imbalance, and lag), and the "three principles" of glass creation and teaching (nationality, epochality, and innovation), which clearly deconstructs the development of glass art disciplines, aesthetic criticism and the interconnection of cultural industries.
Based on the national aesthetic viewing mode, paying attention to the connotation anatomy of traditional crafts, referring to the outstanding cases of international platforms, the treatise puts forward advantageous schemes to promote its growth in the construction of glass aesthetic education, design application, cultural industry, etc., and makes substantial contributions to the creative transformation and innovative development of domestic glass art research, and provides a method path for the development mode of Chinese glass art.
Youth Award
Gao Fenglin, Microdesign: Creation Cognition
The book is divided into 36 articles, of which the first half is the exposition of micro-design theory, and the second half is the methodological explanation made by the author Gao Fenglin with his micro-design practice case, totaling about 260,000 words. Professor Liu Guanzhong, the founder of Chinese industrial design, wrote the preface to this book, and expounded his basic views on the problems of today's design trend, that is, the purpose of design is not to create "things" as the purpose, but to use "things" as a "tool" to achieve sustainable human survival. The first thing to read this book is to understand what "micro" is. The first half of the book elaborates on the logic of "micro" and its thinking characteristics, and describes the essence of product design in a decompositive manner.
The word "micro" first appeared in the oracle bone, and its meaning is: the old man walks slowly with a cane, which is used to describe the image of the elderly trembling. In modern Chinese, it is understood to mean: small in volume, weak in degree and vague in appearance. Micro-design, with the traditional Chinese philosophy to view the harmonious and unified relationship between treating people, things and the environment. Man makes small changes in things in order to refine them, thus creating a natural state of symbiosis and balance of all things. The degree to which things are perceived by people is constantly changing according to the person's heart; the environment composed of things ultimately acts on people with the overall effect perception. So we began to rethink the overall environment of things and people, and tried to find the best balance between the three in harmony. Treating things well and changing things in a subtle way, so as to achieve the least damage to the overall environment is the design concept that micro-design hopes to convey, and hopes to brew huge changes with this small power...
