Today, the Tenth Cross-Strait Television Art Festival was held in Fujian, and this collision of television people and the grand event of art and culture greeted the sea breeze of the strait and blew up the tide of cross-strait television art and cultural exchanges.

According to reports, the Tenth Cross-Strait Television Art Festival is rich in content, including a series of activities such as the 13th Cross-Strait Television Show Host Rookie Meeting, the Seventh Cross-Strait Artists' Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, and the Cross-Strait Television Forum. More than 100 television experts, artists, practitioners and tens of thousands of college students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait participated in the activities, showing the vitality of television people in pursuing artistic ideals, highlighting their cultural self-confidence in constantly climbing the peak and advancing with the times, and also fully embodying the comprehensive, artistic and mass characteristics of the art festival. Due to the epidemic situation, the festival adopted the form of "cloud connection" and "cloud competition" between the mainland and Taiwan in many activities, so that Taiwanese television experts, artists, practitioners and university students who could not come to the mainland due to the epidemic could share this grand event with the mainland.

This morning, the opening ceremony of the 10th Cross-Strait Television Arts Festival and the "Our Chinese Dream" - Culture into Ten Thousand Homes China Television Association Lei Feng Literary and Art Volunteer Service Activity entered Pingtan, which was jointly organized by the China Television Artists Association and the China Literary and Art Volunteer Association. As one of the series of activities of the 10th Cross-Strait Television Art Festival, the "Exhibition of Calligraphy and Painting Works of Artists from Both Sides of the Straits" was held in Pingtan this afternoon. "Tang Guoqiang, Yang Hongji, Jiang Kun, Ni Ping... These famous artists appeared on the screen, and audiences at home and abroad have long been familiar with them, but this time it is the calligraphy and painting works they have created that are displayed in front of the public, which is particularly eye-catching.

This exhibition of calligraphy and painting brings together 100 calligraphy and painting works created by artists on both sides of the strait, including calligraphy, Chinese painting, oil painting and so on. Actors Tang Guoqiang, Li Jiacun, Zhao Baole, Zang Jinsheng, Lu Qi, singer Wang Jing, and more than 20 celebrities from the literary and art circles on both sides of the strait will also come to the exhibition site to watch works, discuss exchanges, and splash ink on the spot.

In addition, the Cross-Strait Television Forum was also held in Pingtan today, with the theme of "All Media: Opportunities and Challenges of Television", scholars and guests from both sides of the strait explored the new power of media in the all-media era through on-site and cross-strait video connection, and sought opportunities and possibilities for cooperation, innovation and win-win results. Delegates from both sides of the Taiwan Strait unanimously held that the media on both sides of the Strait should jointly grasp the new opportunities emerging in the all-media era, work together to deepen cross-strait communication, explore the path of cross-strait television art cooperation and development, and enhance the sense of identity of the Chinese national culture through exchanges.
