1. Consumers should independently purchase household passenger cars that meet the subsidy conditions in the participating automobile sales enterprises.

2. Consumers submit information such as car purchase invoices and ID cards (scanned copies) through the "Tangche Happy Purchase" platform to receive subsidy qualification coupons of corresponding face value.

3. After completing the car registration, the car purchase consumer who receives the qualification coupon and passes the examination and approval submits the following car purchase proof materials through the "TangChe Happy Purchase" platform:

1) ID card of the car buyer (scanned copy)

2) Invoice for the purchase of a newly purchased family passenger car during the event (scanned copy)

3) New household passenger car driving license (scanned copy)
