On December 23, GAC Group issued the announcement of the 8th meeting of the sixth board of directors to summarize the completion of operations in 2021. According to the announcement, GAC Group expects to produce and sell approximately 2.098 million units and 2.113 million units in 2021, up about 3.1% and 3.4% year-on-year, respectively. In 2022, we will target a 15% year-on-year increase in vehicle production and sales.
GAC Aeon maintained a rapid growth momentum, since May, GAC Aeon terminal delivery has exceeded 10,000 vehicles in a row, and in November, it has achieved the first batch sales of 15,000, and the proportion of private users has increased to 84%. From January to November, GAC Aeon's cumulative sales have exceeded 100,000 vehicles, reaching 105,700 vehicles, which has exceeded expectations and achieved the annual target, and is expected to reach 120,000 vehicles in the whole year.

In 2021, GAC Trumpchi peaked at 35,000 units in the first two months of the fourth quarter, and is expected to sell about 300,000 units during the year, making a strong comeback. At the same time, Trumpchi also made a breakthrough in going to sea, and as of the end of November, GAC Trumpchi exported 17,000 vehicles, an increase of 60.2% year-on-year.

As of the end of November, GAC Honda's cumulative production and sales this year reached 693,000 units and 702,000 units, respectively, and GAC Toyota's cumulative production and sales reached 720,000 units and 729,000 units, respectively, and production and sales are expected to reach 800,000 units this year.

Among them, the self-developed sponge silicon anode chip battery technology has reached the industry's leading position in energy density, power density, low temperature characteristics and other key performance indicators, and has been installed in models such as AION LX Plus, becoming the first pure electric model with a super 1000km endurance; super double speed battery technology is applied in AION V Plus mass production, which can achieve "charging for 5 minutes and lasting 200 kilometers"; the magazine battery system safety technology realizes that the whole package of ternary lithium batteries cannot catch fire, and has been applied in many models such as AION Y. This year, with the production line of the Times GAC Power Battery Project and the Nansha Battery PACK production line of Juwan Technical Research Institute successively put into operation, the production capacity of the core components of the battery of GAC Group has also been greatly enhanced.

In the fields of intelligent network connection, new energy systems and components, GAC Group adopts a parallel development model of self-research and cooperation. This year, GAC Group has signed agreements with Tencent and China Automobile Research Institute to deepen strategic cooperation, and vigorously promoted the landing of strategic cooperation with Huawei, Tencent, Baidu, iFLYTEK, Wenyuan Zhixing, Xiaoma Zhixing, and State Grid Electric. At present, various R&D achievements have also been developed and designed, and have been mass-produced and installed in GAC's models.
Among them, gac's ADiGO intelligent driving interconnection ecosystem has been iterated to version 4.0, including over-the-horizon summoning parking, NDA pilot assisted driving and other functions. GAC Group and Wenyuan Zhixing's Robotaxi (self-driving taxi) front-loading model are scheduled to be launched on the Ruqi Travel platform in 2022.
