As the saying goes: distant relatives are not as good as close neighbors. But in real life, neighbors often cause all kinds of unpleasantness between neighbors because of many trivial things. Alterations, traffic, noise... can lead to neighborhood disputes. Recently, the wang qinglin district grass-roots court accepted a neighborhood dispute case caused by the noise of the downstairs that was considered to be loud.

Zhao and Liu both live in the family building of the Forestry Bureau of Wangqing County, and are neighbors up and downstairs. Diagnosed by the hospital as a soft tissue contusion of the frontal parietal and a soft tissue contusion of the neck, he was hospitalized in the hospital for 5 days. Zhao then filed a civil lawsuit against Liu, requesting the court to order Liu to compensate Zhao for the losses caused by the infringement in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

In order to better resolve the contradictions between the two parties, the judges of the grass-roots courts of Wang Qinglin District promptly launched a diversified dispute resolution mechanism. Considering that this case is a dispute case caused by the failure to effectively handle the neighborhood conflict, if it is not properly handled, it is likely to cause the contradiction again, in order to resolve the contradiction from the root cause and repair the relationship between the two parties, the judge adopted a "back-to-back" mediation method to patiently persuade. In the end, both parties realized their mistakes, ignored the previous suspicions and shook hands and made peace, and finally Liu took the initiative to compensate Zhao for various losses totaling 2,000 yuan.

The grass-roots courts of Wang Qinglin District will continue to deepen and improve the diversified dispute resolution mechanism, give full play to the role of adjudication functions, adhere to the working principle of "giving priority to mediation and combining mediation and judgment", increase the intensity of mediation work, resolve various disputes, and continuously promote social harmony.
