Kangxi Capture Ao Bai, the most interesting place in this "tackle" word. In ancient times, when emperors pacified the scourge of power and eunuchs, they generally used the word "诛", such as Emperor Xuan of Han, Liu Jin of Emperor Mingwuzong, Wei Zhongxian of Chongzhen, and so on, but Kangxi and Aobai used a "capture" character.

In fact, the reason why "capture" is not "repaired" is also very simple, because kangxi did not kill Aobai after taking him down, but imprisoned him, of course, Aobai also died in prison soon, as to whether it is Kangxi's hand, it does not matter, what is important is that without Aobai as a powerful minister, the time has come for Kangxi to show his fists, and the era that truly belongs to Kangxi has officially begun.
Today we will talk about the "enmity and hatred" between Kangxi and Aobai, and whether the end of the group of guards who captured Aobai with Kangxi is really rich and noble.
The enmity between Kangxi and Aobai (c. 1610–1669), of the Guarjia clan, set the yellow flag. The grandson of the suguan tribal chief Sol Guo, the nephew of Fei Yingdong, the founding father of the Later Jin Dynasty, and the third son of Wei Qi, the eight-door admiral. Ao Bai was proficient in riding and shooting, and followed Emperor Taiji of the Qing Dynasty in his southern expedition to the north, and made great achievements in battle, known as the "First Warrior of Manchuria". Because of his loyalty to Emperor Taiji and his bravery in battle, he was given the title of "Baturu" (warrior) by Emperor Taiji.
After the death of Emperor Taiji, because of his opposition to Dorgon's support for the Emperor Taiji bloodline, during Dorgon's reign, he suffered many cruel blows and three times of death, and almost died in Huangquan. However, it was precisely for this reason that Ao Bai was favored by Shunzhi after the Shunzhi Emperor personally ruled, and even before Shunzhi's death, he also made Ao Bai one of the four ministers of the Auxiliary Government of Gu Ming, and "assisted" the young lord Kangxi together with Sonny, Shu Bilong, and Suksaha.
Originally, Shunzhi's arrangement was no problem, the four of them could restrain each other, and when Kangxi grew up, the power would naturally be regained. But these four people seem to have their own thoughts, first of all, Sonny, the head of the four major auxiliary ministers, is afraid of things and avoids disasters because of his old age and illness, and many things are neglected; although Suksaha is an in-law with Ao Bai, he is like an enemy because of his political disagreements, and he is eventually eradicated by Ao Bai's design; and the third ranked Shu Bilong has no intention of fighting with Ao Bai. For a while, the worship of power fell to the opposition, and the henchmen were everywhere.
It is worth mentioning that when Kangxi was fourteen years old and pro-government, Aobai had no intention of returning power at all, and it could even be said that he did not take Kangxi in his eyes at all, but continued to monopolize the government, and God blocked the killing of God and Buddha blocked the killing of Buddha. Just as Suksaha was executed by him, and Kangxi, as the emperor, knew that Suksaha was innocent, but he wanted to save and could not do anything, you can imagine how helpless Kangxi was at that time, and how much hatred he hated Aobai.
To know that at that time, Kangxi was already pro-government, but Aobai interfered everywhere, which was undoubtedly a provocation to the imperial power and must be eliminated. It was just that the Aobai henchmen were all over the government and the opposition, and Kangxi had to deal with it carefully, otherwise it might cause trouble.
However, how could it be so easy for the young Kangxi to get rid of Aobai? Among other things, many important military positions such as the Minister of the Interior of the Guard were led by Ao Bai, and Kangxi had no soldiers to use, and if he was not careful, he might be able to strike grass and snakes. On the other hand, Ao Bai had many canine teeth in the DPRK, and if he had to forcibly take down Ao Bai, there would be trouble, so Kangxi decided to let Ao Bai continue to be arrogant first, of course, in private, he had already begun to plot how to get rid of Ao Bai and wait until the time was ripe to take it down in one fell swoop.
Therefore, Kangxi selected a group of strong and powerful sons and daughters to practice "Buku" (that is, wrestling, a Manchu wrestling game) in the palace all day to confuse Aobai. Ao Bai's side saw that Kangxi was indulging in fun, and his heart could not help but be happy, a young emperor with no fighting spirit was the most pleasing to the courtiers.
However, what Ao Bai did not know was that this group of children who accompanied Kangxi to practice Buku were the "sharp blades" that Kangxi was preparing to use to "end" him.
Kangxi then transferred Aobai's cronies away from the Jingshi and sent them to various places, secretly arranging for his own cronies to control the garrison of the Jingshi. When everything was ready, Kangxi summoned Ao bai into the palace with a nervous mood, and success or failure was made in this move. And Ao Bai did not think much, after all, this is just a very ordinary thing, as a result, when Ao Bai entered the palace, Kangxi gave an order, they rushed up, Ao Bai was caught off guard by them and fell to the ground and tied up, then Kangxi was relieved, and then announced the 30 major crimes of Ao Bai and went to prison to discuss the crime.
Originally, Kangxi was preparing to execute Aobai, but in the end, Gu Nian Aobai made great military achievements for the Qing Dynasty in his lifetime, and he could not bear it, so he did not execute him, but sentenced him to life imprisonment
The ending of this group of teenagers was not clearly recorded how many teenagers kangxi chose to accompany him to practice "Buku" with him. But five "lucky ones" were selected to participate in the "capture" worship. And they did not live up to the expectations of the people, successfully took down Ao Bai, and removed the troubles in Kangxi's heart. The five were: Ai Xin Jue Luo Chi Ha, Qi Jia Ming Tu Zhu, Tong Jia Yang Gu Tai, Huang Changshun and Wei Baoquan. Of course, these five people were later favored by Kangxi and received rich returns.
Ai Xin Jue Luo Chi Ha, a son of the imperial family, was only 17 years old when he was captured, and the new Qiu Ao Bai was honored by Kangxi as a soldier langzhong, not long after holding an important position in the garrison of the capital, 33 years old as the inspector of Hunan, unfortunately 36 years old hung up, originally according to the promotion rate of Chi Ha, the future as a feudal official is no problem.
Qijia Mingtuzhu, who was only 16 years old at the time of the capture of Aobai, was awarded the title of Bingbu Langzhong by Kangxi for his meritorious service in capturing Aobai, and a few years later, because his mother was seriously ill, he asked Kangxi to resign and return home. Kangxi rewarded him with 50,000 taels of silver and gave him the privilege of receiving the standard inspector for life. Later, he used the 50,000 taels of silver rewarded by Kangxi to do business, and became the richest man in northeast China.
Dongjia Yanggutai, who was only 14 years old at the time of the capture of Aobai, remained with Kangxi as the head of the guard after the capture of Aobai. Later, Kangxi transferred him to the post of Inspector of Shaanxi, probably after several years of hard work, he returned to Kangxi's side and died on his eightieth birthday.
Huang Changshun, 15 when he was capturing Aobai, was named a criminal department langzhong by Kangxi because of his meritorious service, but because of his inhuman accident, he offended many people, but because of his relationship with Kangxi, no one dared to move him, so he mixed with the punishment department for a few years, and then transferred to the hubu, the richest department in the world, it is said that he also made a big profit in the hubu, but Kangxi did not pursue his responsibility, retired to his hometown and lived to the age of seventy-three, and died well.
Wei Baoquan, who was only 12 years old at the time of the capture of Aobai, was left in the Imperial Forest Army by Kangxi for his heroic performance in the process of capturing Aobai. After wu sangui rebelled, Wei Baoquan was appointed as the overseer of the army. After the San Francisco Rebellion was quelled, he served as the inspector of Guangdong. Probably because Wei Baoquan was inexperienced, he made a lot of jokes when he was serving as an inspector, such as the wife of a subordinate who committed adultery, and then took the initiative to resign, and Kangxi rewarded 50,000 taels of silver, and at the same time gave him the privilege of receiving Feng Lu for life as an inspector.
As for the others who participated in the worship of The Ao, Kangxi also gave rewards. In addition, for them, Kangxi did not disband them on the spot because Aobai was captured, but used them as a team to form a "Shanpu Battalion". It is mainly responsible for the defense of the palace ban; the training and drill of military skills such as wrestling, archery, and equestrianism; and the performance of foreign performance tasks.
Conclusion: Ao Bai's loyal lord was unswerving, and after the death of Emperor Taiji, he resolutely supported his son, and even did not hesitate to meet with the Dorgon soldiers, which won the throne for Fu Lin. During dorgon's reign, he suffered many cruel blows, three times on death, but Aobai was still indomitable and never pandered to Dorgon. In this regard, it is rare that Ao Bai was loyal to the late emperor Taiji, and also loyal to Shunzhi. Today, compelling Aobai is an arrogant and unscrupulous traitor, but it is actually wrong. The reason why Kangxi captured Aobai was caused by the contradiction between imperial power and subject power.
