The third epidemic transmission chain in Xi'an is the case transmission chain of Chang'an University, and through a dinner in the Four Seasons Club on the evening of December 11, the infection cases of Chang'an University were associated with the infection cases of the Four Seasons Club and the infection cases of Yan'an, and the transmission chain of Chang'an University was extended. At present, the transmission chain of Chang'an University has been associated with at least 34 infected people.

On December 19, a nucleic acid-positive infected person appeared in Tongzhou, Beijing, who returned to Beijing from Xi'an City.
According to the circulation information, the case was an art examination student in a certain studio in Xiaobao Village, Songzhuang Town, Tongzhou District, who came to Beijing from Xi'an City for about half a year, returned to Xi'an on November 28 to take the exam, returned to Beijing on December 14, and the nucleic acid test result was negative the day before returning to Beijing.
As of 10 o'clock today, the nucleic acid test results of the relevant risk personnel are negative. The Huaqing Studio in Songzhuang Town was divided into a sealed control area, and the "area was closed and did not leave the house"; the area south of the West Ring Road in Songzhuang Town, the west of Xusong Road, the east of Xiaobao Industrial Road, and the north of the Wuming Road in the south gate of huaqing Studio were divided into control areas, and "people do not leave the district and gathering is strictly prohibited"; the whole village of Xiaobao Village is divided into a preventive area, and the implementation of "strengthening social control and strictly restricting the gathering of personnel" is implemented.
