The official PlayStation blog has announced the results of the 2021 PS Blog Game of the Year Awards. Similar to PlayStation's trophy system, the selection is divided into four levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Among them, "Resident Evil 8" won the PS4 Game of the Year Platinum Award, and "Ricky and Jingle: Time Jump" won the PS5 Game of the Year Platinum Award.

Among the most popular awards this year, Mrs. Dimitrescu from Resident Evil 8 received more votes than all the other nominees. In a series that is already full of charm and horror, the height of the eight-foot lady gives the player enough "oppression". She stalks the player in the corridors of the lavish mansion, whipping the player with retractable claw-like nails and tongue, and her presence brings unforgettable memories to the player.
