Zhangjiakou, December 21 (Zhao Danmei, Li Xiaowei) According to the news of Chongli District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, on December 21, the International Olympic Committee officially approved the Olympic naming application of the Zhangjiakou Division of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games, and the ancient poplar tree venues in the Zhangjiakou Area of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games and the Zhangjiakou Awards Square were officially named "Zhangjiakou Chongli Olympic Park" and "Zhangjiakou Olympic Awards Square".

Zhangjiakou Chongli Olympic Park, the ancient poplar tree stadium group, is located in the core area of zhangjiakou competition area of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, located in the National Cross-Country SkiIng Center, the National Biathlon Center and the National Ski Jumping Center, and the platform connecting the three competition venues is called "Ice Jade Ring". At the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, 31 gold medals will be awarded in ski jumping, cross-country skiing, Nordic biathlon and biathlon.

After the race, the National Ski Jumping Center will serve as a ski jumping event venue and professional training base, and carry out leisure and entertainment projects. On the basis of retaining the holding of events and professional training, the National Cross-Country Ski Center has added snow season projects such as ice and snow theaters and summer programs such as mountain concerts. While meeting the needs of events and training, the National Biathlon Center will create a summer outdoor activity center.

Also named at the same time is the Zhangjiakou Olympic Awards Plaza. During the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games, Zhangjiakou Olympic Awards Plaza will mainly carry out award ceremonies and celebration performances, and will be built into an international four-quarter fake town after the game.

The approval of Zhangjiakou Chongli Olympic Park and Zhangjiakou Olympic Awards Plaza will help Zhangjiakou City inherit and make good use of the heritage of Winter Olympic venues, and provide important support for Zhangjiakou City to build an important node city in the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports and Cultural Tourism Belt.
