The executioner who killed the Red Army soldiers not only did not escape punishment, but also lived a comfortable life, which made Xie Shaokui extremely angry, so he wrote a whistleblower letter to the local government and denounced Lu Qiming.

After receiving the whistleblower letter, the local government attached great importance to it. The county public security bureau immediately sent investigators to begin the investigation, and finally Lu Qiming, as well as The three people who were baoding Luo Zhongbo and Luo Haishan, were arrested and arrested. In the face of ironclad evidence, the three confessed to all the crimes of killing Red Army soldiers that year. And under the identification of the murderer Luo Shanhai, the police found the remains of a martyr in the Chaotian Cave.
