According to the news of the Shaanxi Health Commission on December 17, from 14:00 on December 16 to 8:00 on December 17, 3 new local confirmed cases and 3 local asymptomatic infected people were reported, all in Xi'an. At 0-24:00 on December 16, 2 new cases of asymptomatic infected people imported from abroad were reported, 1 confirmed case was cured and discharged from hospital, and 2 cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from isolation.

Local confirmed case 1: Yan Moumou, male, 47 years old, currently residing in the family hospital of Chang'an University, Xiaozhai Road Street, Yanta District, Xi'an City, is a close contact of the local confirmed case 2 released on December 15. Yan Moumou was isolated for medical observation as a close contact, during which he tested positive for nucleic acid, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (ordinary type) by the expert group at 16:00 on December 16.

Local confirmed case 2: Zhao Moumou, female, 2 years old, currently residing in Jiujintai Community, No. 23 Hanguang Road, Beilin District, Xi'an City, is a close contact of the confirmed case Zhao released on December 16, and the two are father-daughter relationships. Zhao Moumou was isolated for medical observation as a close contact, during which the Xi'an Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention tested positively, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (ordinary type) by the municipal expert group consultation at 3:30 on December 17.

Local confirmed case 3: Yan Moumou, female, 29 years old, currently residing in the north district of Chang'an Community, Zi County, Yanta District, Xi'an City. On December 16, in the screening and nucleic acid testing of key personnel, Yan Moumou's nucleic acid test results were abnormal, and then he was transferred and isolated, and the nucleic acid test results of Xi'an Cdron Center were positive that night. At 3:30 a.m. on December 17, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia (ordinary type) by the consultation of the municipal expert group.

Local asymptomatic infected person 1: Wang Moumou, male, 49 years old, currently residing in the South Branch of Chang'an University Headquarters, Xiaozhai Road Street, Yanta District, Xi'an City, is a close contact of the local confirmed case 2 released on December 15. Wang Moumou was isolated for medical observation as a close contact, during which he tested positive for nucleic acid, and was diagnosed as an asymptomatic infected person with new crown pneumonia by the expert group at 21:00 on December 16.

Local asymptomatic infected person 2: Li Mou, female, 62 years old, currently residing in Jiujintai Community, No. 23 Hanguang Road, Beilin District, Xi'an City, is a close contact of the local confirmed case Zhao released on December 16, and is his mother-in-law. Li was isolated for medical observation as a close contact, during which the third-party nucleic acid testing institution initially screened positive, and the re-examination result of the Xi'an Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention was positive. At 3:30 a.m. on December 17, he was diagnosed as an asymptomatic infected person with new crown pneumonia after consultation with the municipal expert group.

The above local confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected people have been transferred to designated medical institutions for isolation treatment and medical observation, and the specific activity trajectory has been released by Xi'an City.

Imported asymptomatic infected person 1: Li Moumou, female, 32 years old, Sichuan nationality, is a passenger of Flight DE8442 from Frankfurt to Xi'an on December 15. After the flight arrived at Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, all the personnel of the flight implemented closed-loop management measures such as customs quarantine, nucleic acid testing, and point-to-point transfer, and there was no self-activity trajectory in Shaanxi Province. The nucleic acid test result is positive, and after consultation with the municipal expert group, the patient is diagnosed as an asymptomatic infected person with new crown pneumonia, and is currently isolated for medical observation in a designated medical institution.

Imported asymptomatic infected person 2: Xiang X, female, 31 years old, Chongqing nationality, is a passenger of Flight HU492 from Brussels to Beijing on December 15. After the flight arrived at Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, the first entry point, all the personnel of the flight implemented closed-loop management measures such as customs quarantine, nucleic acid testing, and point-to-point transfer, and there was no self-activity trajectory in Shaanxi Province. The nucleic acid test result is positive, and after consultation with the municipal expert group, the diagnosis is an asymptomatic infection of new crown pneumonia, and is currently isolated for medical observation in a designated medical institution.

As of 8:00 a.m. on December 17, a total of 277 locally confirmed cases (15 cases in hospital, 259 cases discharged from hospital, and 3 deaths) had been reported, and 4 asymptomatic infected people were still under medical observation.

As of 24:00 on December 16, a total of 461 confirmed cases imported from abroad were reported, 446 cases were discharged from hospital, and 15 cases were hospitalized. A total of 444 cases of asymptomatic infected persons imported from abroad were reported, 52 cases were converted to confirmed cases, 366 cases were released from medical observation, and 26 asymptomatic infected people were still under medical observation.
