My three "tricks" as a class teacher

When I first faced the young and hopeful eyes of my sixth graders, I felt pressured and kept thinking: How do I be the homeroom teacher of the graduating class? After nearly a semester of practical exploration, I think that as a homeroom teacher, I should have three "tricks".
First, "three views education" as the first choice. Sixth grade students have just entered adolescence, their outlook on life, world view, values have not yet begun to form, as a class teacher should consciously cultivate this, take the lead in setting an example, starting from small things, often grasp unremittingly. For example, cultivate their sense of responsibility, educate them to be responsible for themselves, responsible for their parents, responsible for the class, etc.
Second, take "cultivation education" as the starting point. Education is the cultivation of habits, good habits can benefit for life, bad habits are affected for life. As a class teacher, you should be clear about what habits students have at this stage, which of these habits are good habits that need to be cultivated and need to be formed, and which bad habits that need to be changed. So that their behavior habits are refined, good habits are formed, and bad habits are discarded.
Third, to improve the "emotional intelligence" for the purpose. The level of emotional intelligence has a significant impact on a person's success, sometimes even exceeding the level of intelligence. Therefore, the class teacher should combine education and teaching with the cultivation of emotional intelligence, not only teach but also educate people to impart scientific and cultural knowledge, but also cultivate students' good emotional intelligence literacy, through this education, and strive to cultivate every student into a person who meets the needs of society.
